Stopped by Estuary after a partner reception for a drink and some light snacks, and I’m glad I did. It’s a beautiful space with a great atmosphere. It’s perfect for a late night drink or two with friends. The bar itself is really lovely, and the whole vibe makes it an easy spot to have fun with. I only tried drinks and a few small bites this time but I definitely plan to come back for dinner. This could definitely be a regular stop.

Wow! 5 stars. Service (Memo) was fabulous. View of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows is gorgeous. Food was phenomenal. We’re not usually fans of brunch, since it can be so overrated. But brunch here was one of the best I’ve ever had. And the portion size was incredible. None of us could finish our meals.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant set in the heart of the Conrad Hotel. Super attentive service complimented the well presented and delicious food. The chicken was cooked to perfection and roasted garlic and potatoes were a perfect accompaniment. The off-menu date and fig rolls were very well done and the compound butter that came with worked in tandem. Excellent selection of drinks as well, with the opportunity to taste when ordering by the glass – rare in my experience.
It is pricy, but the quality of the food, service, and location matches the price and was faultless.
Pinned for future return.

We happened to come across this restaurant through OpenTable which indicated that it was award winning. However, we’re not sure for what dishes. The Mid Atlantic Tile Fish is strangely not labeled as silver (Blueline Tilefish), would’ve been even better to get golden and a larger piece. The fish skin was overly salted but otherwise balanced dish. Skip the softshell crab, quite a letdown. Not crispy enough and just a single crab. The grilled green onions were also burned. The pepper sauce should be indicated as spicy and was much like Tabasco sauce.
The service was polite but needed more staff. The atmosphere was quiet, since the restaurant was pretty empty.

After a maze of a walk trying to locate a Vietnamese restaurant, our tireless search prompted by frustration led us to the Estuary. This calming, yet sophisticated spot nurtures the right atmosphere to settle down for a delightful culinary experience. I had the lump crab cake sandwich and it did not disappoint. The brioche roll was soft and pliable allowing the crab meat to settle in just to wow my tastebuds… and boy did it. The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned to compliment the sandwich. The service was impeccable and very attentive. If you live in the area, shame on you if you have not dined at the Estuary and if you plan to visit the area, please put it on your list. I was in town from Florida for a weekend getaway. I am back home as I write this review, and I wish I was there for seconds. Enjoy…

Had dinner and brunch here during our busy Convention. All of the staff were extremely pleasant, the food came out quickly and was good quality. Dinner was VERY busy and I could tell it was stressful, but your staff handled everyone and everything with such grace. We invited friends not staying there like we were for brunch. When I asked them how their food was, they said it was great and they would come back. Bravo Estuary‼️

Our server, Lauren, was absolutely incredible!!
Our drinks were taking too long, so she brought us complimentary champagne. The cherry blossom drink was absolutely incredible.
The tuna app was delicious.
My scallops were cooked perfectly, and she comped the broccolini because they completely forgot to bring it out until we were almost done eating.
The steak was slightly overcooked but still good.
BUT THE BEET CREME BRULEE… was so damn surprisingly good. i cant say enough good things about it… We got it purely out of curiosity and it was the best decision.

We fly all the way from Arkansas once a year to dine here for a weekend. Yes, it’s that good.

Food and server was very good. Kitchen was slow. Portions on the smaller side. Great atmosphere. Can be a great restaurant and experience. For the bread service it would be a much better experience if they served it individually to each person like you see at other fine dining. It should also be at least one serving if the diner likes it. For $9 additional charge for just 5 small roles just seemed strange to charge for. For mixed drinks to be at $22 each was also high when compared to main dishes which were reasonably priced. This could be a really good place with some changes

While staying at the Conrad Hotel, we had our morning breakfasts at Estuary which is a Michelin star restaurant located at the 3rd floor.
Estuary provided a delightful breakfast experience in a setting that exuded elegance and tranquility. The morning ambiance awakened a sense of refreshment, setting a positive tone for the day. It is very spacious and open setting.
The attentive service, marked by tender care, included staff explaining the breakfast offerings and accommodating individual preferences. The seamless match with personal requirements resulted in a thoroughly enjoyable breakfast.
Black tea served with french press, it tasted much better than tea bags.
I tried their omelette with spinach, onions and white cheddar. It was a delight! Fluffy and perfectly cooked, the blend of ingredients created a harmonious burst of flavors. The chef’s expertise was evident, making it a delightful culinary experience. It comes with toasted white bread, butter and strawberry jelly. Also i chose fruit bowl, everything was very fresh.
With such a positive experience, Conrad proved to be not just a great hotel but also had an great restaurant, leaving a desire to return soon for another delightful visit.
