The best variety of ceviche I’ve had outside of Central America. I so enjoyed my bowl with whitefish and shrimp with their very unique and flavorful sauces. Such a treat. I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve been there a couple of times and absolutely loved every item of the menu.
I used to live in Ecuador and the flavors are exactly the same! The cheviche and Encebollado are the best. Everything is fresh and tasty.
The service is amazing and the staff is so welcoming.
Glad to have authentic Ecuadorian food in Bozeman. Must try if you’re in the area!

Refreshing scratch made South American style ceviche in a rustic cozy shop. This was a nice surprise to find. The food was fresh and delicious. You have four choices tuna, white fish, shrimp and octopus which come with a variety of fruits and vegetables and served with plantain chips and rice. I only wish they had a cold beer to enjoy with it.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on my way to do errands in Bozeman. So glad that I did! The owner was quick to let me try the different sauces to determine which ones to use in my bowl (he encouraged for me to mix two). I added all the veggies to my two fish choices, and it was served with rice and plantains. Loved the Mexican Fanta to round out the meal. Will be stopping in again as warmer weather pairs perfectly with a light, fish lunch!

One of the best experiences I’ve had dining in Bozeman!
A couple friends and I wanted to try something new so we chose this place. The service was next level on all accounts. The food was amazing (I’d recommend liking ceviche but they also offered to make just veggie bowls). They juiced some fruits and let us try all these different juices that made us feel like we were on a beach! The fish was super fresh tasting, also! It was just an overall really grand experience and I’d recommend it to anyone. Family owned business and very knowledgeable about everything you’re eating. 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised that the old Taco Del Sol location now has something really different (and good) for the area. I had a great chat with Mike, the owner, and he seems very nice and excited about people finding out about his establishment.

The food was fantastic – if you like citrus and seafood, this is your new favorite spot. I work nearby and so we are always looking for alternatives to the standard fare in the area. I had the Montana and a co-worker had the Galapagos (which he let me sample) and both were delicious. The octopus was perfectly cooked (not rubbery in the slightest) The sauce for the rice was exquisitely spicy and the whole experience left me smiling.

Oh – and be sure to try the juices!! He provided us with some samples and all were fresh and tasty.

I’m telling everyone I can about this new gem in Four Corners. I’ll be back with friends and co-workers!!

First of all, the service was excellent and very friendly. We received our ceviche orders promptly and both dishes were excellent. great ingredients, flavorful marinades and bursting with color.

The fresh juices were fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazingly fresh ceviche. The owner is from Ecuador and imports ingredients that you can only get in Ecuador for an authentic taste. Must visit and taste the different unique marinades. I chose the coconut lime. Also, the Naranjilla juice is something you can only get in Ecuador .. like an orange and a papaya.
