My friends and I had a lovely dining experience at Milos! My friend is pescaterin so this restaurant was a great fit for her dietary needs!

Our server Sara who greeted us was super friendly and smiled the whole service. We absolutely adored her! She recommended Milos Special, Octopus appetizers and took us to the fish market where we picked out the fish we wanted to eat. We picked the Loup De Mar (2.7lb). Was meaty and tasty and very filling. I had to box it and it tasted even better the next day!

The bread and olive oil dip was amazing also!

I highly recommend Milos! There’s no dress code but is still fine dining. It isnt too loud in the restaurant which is nice for conversations.

We had an outstanding dining experience at Milo’s in the Venetian. The food was exceptional, but what truly made the night memorable were our servers, Major and Pamela.

Major and Pamela were both warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel special. Major presented and filleted our grilled Lavraki tableside with pride and professionalism, and even made sure we got to enjoy the fish cheek — a true delicacy and one of the best bites of the night.

We started with grilled octopus and prawns, which were perfectly cooked, and the Lavraki was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared with lemon, olive oil, and herbs. The sides (horta and Greek-style potatoes) were the perfect complement.

Major and Pamela’s attention to detail, friendly personalities, and genuine passion for great service elevated an already excellent meal into a truly memorable evening. If you dine here, ask for Major and Pamela — they are the kind of servers who turn dinner into an experience.

We will absolutely be back.

Really enjoyed a lunch here. The quick and attentive was particularly pleasant (head server named Ryan on Sept 26). The tomato salad was ripe and nice. The tuna burger was definitely the best part of the meal. It was served with “zucchini fries,” which were nice – though I’d have loved some aioli as a pairing. The only thing I didn’t love was the baklava for desert. It was a surcharge from the prix fix menu and it looked great but there was an extremely powerful spice present in the recipe that made it spicy and almost bitter. Perhaps others have a taste for that. Regardless, I would definitely come back again.

Came here for lunch. 45$ for an appetizer, entre, and a dessert, plus 24 dollars for a wine paring. We tried:
– greek salad – delicious!! Very ripe tomatoes and good quality feta. Red onions didn’t seem fresh, had an aftertaste as if it laid in a fridge for a week or two, but it didn’t spoil the salad.
– greek spead – fine, very small potion (it is a lunch special portion, you’ll get more if you order separately)
– chicken breast – very moist, but lacks any spices or flavor. Side salad was bitter and fries were crispy on the outside but underdone inside.
– Dorada fish – very soft, but had a bunch of fish bones and no spices…even no black pepper.
– fried calamari (ordered outside of the lunch special). It was super pale, barely fried, but fresh
– 24$ for a cocktail is steep as well. Yes, I know we are in vegas.

Ended up taking dessert to go as the whole experience took so long. Baklava is not good, and not fresh, very sweet and hard; pieces of clove are so big, so when you bit into it, it is so unpleasant. Tried the walnut cake, so sweet and just isn’t good for the price. The desserts also should’ve come with ice cream, we didn’t get that to go….which……..why?

Overall….will never be back. Service was good, but even sitting at the bar, we kept being forgotten. A 2-dish entre (omitting the dessert) took 1,5 hours. Atmosphere is sterile. Food took so long to come out and it was very good quality, but was not tasty, which is a shame. Never again.

Top notch. Beautiful buildout in a spacious and bright restaurant with an inviting bar. Cool setup with all of the fresh fish/shell fish displayed on ice. The food was artful and no details were overlooked. I ordered the lunch special with the salmon. The salmon tasted fresh, had a light seasoning, and was cooked just right with a crispy layer on the outside, while tender and juicy on the inside. They did just enough to enhance the flavor profile of the salmon and not ruin it. The beans that came with it were a nice touch. The Greek spreads were awesome and probably the best combination I have ever had. It is hard to describe the flavors of the three spreads. The consistencies and textures were perfect and they each packed immediate and intense flavor. I ran out of bread and vegetables to put the spread on so I was eating them with a fork they were so good. My only complains are they tried to seat in an awkward table right next to other customers in a pretty empty restaurant and the fresh fish is pricey, so you probably need 3-4 people to properly enjoy the fresh fish both due to the large quantity and high price. There is nothing cheap about this place, but the price is well worth it based upon the beauty of the restaurant, excellent service, and fantastic food .

If you’re going to Vegas, go to Estiatorio Milos inside the Venetian. Truly some of the best food I’ve ever had—so good that this was my second time, and somehow it was even better than the first.

Our server, Jose, and his team were incredible. They were on top of everything: always making sure our water was filled, swapping out plates the moment we needed them, staggering dishes perfectly, and recommending the best items on the menu. We were a party of two and they guided us toward just the right amount of food. I had noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a belated birthday, and they surprised me with a handwritten card from the team and a complimentary dessert. We were also given an amuse-bouche which was such a fun touch.

One of my favorite parts is when they take you up to see the fresh market fish before your meal. The whole experience feels personal and elevated—almost like being treated like royalty.

Food-wise, everything was unbelievable. I had the Milos Special (a must), and we also ordered the smoked fish appetizer with caviar, the zucchini flowers, the ceviche, the big eye tuna, and the octopus. I honestly cannot pick a favorite. Every dish just melted in your mouth, and every time I thought, “Okay, this one is the winner,” the next dish somehow topped it.

Is it cheap? Absolutely not. But this isn’t the place you go for cheap food. This is the place you go when you want food so good, you don’t care what the price is—where every bite feels intentional, thoughtful, and crafted by a chef who wants you to experience something special. And you do. Every single time.

Highly, highly recommend.

During our girls’ trip to Vegas, we stopped here for dinner. The Milos Special was the undeniable star of the meal—a must-try! The lamb was equally outstanding. My aunts even selected their own fish from the seafood table, adding a fun, interactive touch. Overall, an unforgettable dining experience—we had an absolute blast!

Fantastic experience at Estiatorio Milos at the Venetian. The staff was amazing, extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely safe as someone with celiac disease. The food was outstanding, especially the filet, which was absolutely delicious. Wonderful service, excellent food, and a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Quite impressed with the flavours of every, single dish. The salad had depth with well-marinated tomatoes. The octopus and the hummus puree was perfection! The lamb chops and chicken were tender and perfectly done too. We had an amazing meal after a LONG day of travel.
