Our server Sara who greeted us was super friendly and smiled the whole service. We absolutely adored her! She recommended Milos Special, Octopus appetizers and took us to the fish market where we picked out the fish we wanted to eat. We picked the Loup De Mar (2.7lb). Was meaty and tasty and very filling. I had to box it and it tasted even better the next day!
The bread and olive oil dip was amazing also!
I highly recommend Milos! There’s no dress code but is still fine dining. It isnt too loud in the restaurant which is nice for conversations.
Major and Pamela were both warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel special. Major presented and filleted our grilled Lavraki tableside with pride and professionalism, and even made sure we got to enjoy the fish cheek — a true delicacy and one of the best bites of the night.
We started with grilled octopus and prawns, which were perfectly cooked, and the Lavraki was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared with lemon, olive oil, and herbs. The sides (horta and Greek-style potatoes) were the perfect complement.
Major and Pamela’s attention to detail, friendly personalities, and genuine passion for great service elevated an already excellent meal into a truly memorable evening. If you dine here, ask for Major and Pamela — they are the kind of servers who turn dinner into an experience.
We will absolutely be back.
– greek salad – delicious!! Very ripe tomatoes and good quality feta. Red onions didn’t seem fresh, had an aftertaste as if it laid in a fridge for a week or two, but it didn’t spoil the salad.
– greek spead – fine, very small potion (it is a lunch special portion, you’ll get more if you order separately)
– chicken breast – very moist, but lacks any spices or flavor. Side salad was bitter and fries were crispy on the outside but underdone inside.
– Dorada fish – very soft, but had a bunch of fish bones and no spices…even no black pepper.
– fried calamari (ordered outside of the lunch special). It was super pale, barely fried, but fresh
– 24$ for a cocktail is steep as well. Yes, I know we are in vegas.
Ended up taking dessert to go as the whole experience took so long. Baklava is not good, and not fresh, very sweet and hard; pieces of clove are so big, so when you bit into it, it is so unpleasant. Tried the walnut cake, so sweet and just isn’t good for the price. The desserts also should’ve come with ice cream, we didn’t get that to go….which……..why?
Overall….will never be back. Service was good, but even sitting at the bar, we kept being forgotten. A 2-dish entre (omitting the dessert) took 1,5 hours. Atmosphere is sterile. Food took so long to come out and it was very good quality, but was not tasty, which is a shame. Never again.
Our server, Jose, and his team were incredible. They were on top of everything: always making sure our water was filled, swapping out plates the moment we needed them, staggering dishes perfectly, and recommending the best items on the menu. We were a party of two and they guided us toward just the right amount of food. I had noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a belated birthday, and they surprised me with a handwritten card from the team and a complimentary dessert. We were also given an amuse-bouche which was such a fun touch.
One of my favorite parts is when they take you up to see the fresh market fish before your meal. The whole experience feels personal and elevated—almost like being treated like royalty.
Food-wise, everything was unbelievable. I had the Milos Special (a must), and we also ordered the smoked fish appetizer with caviar, the zucchini flowers, the ceviche, the big eye tuna, and the octopus. I honestly cannot pick a favorite. Every dish just melted in your mouth, and every time I thought, “Okay, this one is the winner,” the next dish somehow topped it.
Is it cheap? Absolutely not. But this isn’t the place you go for cheap food. This is the place you go when you want food so good, you don’t care what the price is—where every bite feels intentional, thoughtful, and crafted by a chef who wants you to experience something special. And you do. Every single time.
Highly, highly recommend.
