Esters Fair Prospect bar is an authentic tropical cocktail bar in Wailuku, Maui. Our outdoor patio offers amazing views of the IAO Valley. We serve local farm to table inspired small plates and pupu. We serve classic cocktails, tiki drinks, and focus on craft spirits, rum, amaro, mezcal and tequila. We also serve wine and beer. Happy Hour with rose and daiquiris. If you like Pina Coladas you might think you have found the best bar on Maui.

Cool tropical vibe little cocktail bar with solid drinks (and made my pregnant wife an awesome mocktail!). Ceviche was just okay but the Mediterranean plate with pita was really tasty. Super solid overall with a great vibe and awesome staff !

It’s not a tiki bar per se, but the cocktails chart a tiki bar course, and they’re damn well made. Sure, sure. There are cultural appropriation issues with tiki bars, see Doom Tiki for example, and this place gets that. It’s not a tiki bar. It’s a craft cocktail bar that just happens to have classic tiki drinks on their menu. You ask for a daiquiri, and they’re not gonna look for a Squishee machine. You want a Mai Tai? Well then, say hello to their version of the ’44 Victor Bergeron classic.

Excellent drinks and fun atmosphere. We’ve been all around Maui and Oahu and this is the only “true” cocktail bar we’ve found that really focuses on subtle, high-quality drinks. Our bartender Adam really knows his stuff!

Maui is an amazing place and this bar was one of my favorite parts of the whole trip. My only regret is that we didn’t discover it until the last day of our trip, while killing time near the airport. I tried the comfortably numb and the milk punch- both of which were super unique and tasty. If you like to be a little adventurous with your cocktails, this is definitely a good spot. And if not, get a daquiri! The ceviche and little sliders were delicious as well. I appreciated that this was a less touristy part of Maui and seemed to be frequented by locals. While appreciating the fun vibe and eclectic atmosphere, we were lucky enough to meet the owner, Jessica. She had a fantastic story of how the bar came to be and a ridiculous amount of mixology knowledge. The other bartender was very personable and fun as well! Even if it’s a drive from your hotel, it’s worth planning to spend a few hours here! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing! Happy hour is my new favorite hour of the day in Hawaii. The daiquiris are delicious. And the snacks they have, equally as amazing. Burrata had a nice kick to it. The bar staff were also the nicest. Couldn’t have asked for a better send off after a week here. Unfortunately forgot to take many pictures, was so enticed by what was put in front of me.

Came here with a friend to enjoy a few drinks on a random night out. I definitely fell in love wit the craft cocktails here. There are very few places that I can get a whiskey sour with egg whites on maui and I love that they have it here. The staff is all really nice. From the owners, to the bartenders and even the cooks. I only tried the cocktails here but I have heard that the ceviche is amazing so I will be back to try that.
