This was a Southern food restaurant which was located in the Sawmill Square Mall. Sadly this place along with many other spots in the mall have closed. Laurel is supposed to be having a revival from the good press of the TV show but at the mall I see a continued sad decline. My last visit here just a couple of years ago they still had the Chick-Fil-A and the Tacos restaurants that had been here since this mall first opened. It makes me sad this place continues to decline.

What a hidden gem! I was showing an out of town friend around the mall of my childhood, and we decided to grab lunch here. Food is excellent with that classic Mississippi home cooked vibe, and the staff are super friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

I felt as though the quality of service which I received was heart wrenching to say the least. Professionalism was shown others but not to myself. Honestly I can’t even discuss the food quality because I was so disgusted by the ethics shown.
