My wife and I went to Estella’s Cantina with my mother-in-law, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely wonderful — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was delicious, and you can truly tell they care about quality and presentation.
Our server, Michaela, made the experience even better. She was incredibly polite, professional, and soft-spoken. Michaela was attentive, made sure everything was served promptly, and checked on us at just the right times without being overwhelming. Her calm and kind personality really stood out and made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
Great food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere — we will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this place 100%.

After a long wait, Estella’s is open in Miller. The dining room is welcoming and the bar is well equipped with a full range of drinks, including numerous tequilas. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. In good weather, the front windows will open to the street, adding to the festive feeling. The specialty drinks are on point. We ordered a classic, spicy and specialty margaritas. They were prepared perfectly and they were tasty. The trio appetizer was authentic and perfect to share. For dinner we ordered a variety of tacos and quesadillas. They were perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding. Our server Wendy and Matt behind the bar teamed up to provide a seamless and pleasant customer experience. Try a variety of different meats, cheeses and toppings to optimize your tasting. Order the pickled vegetables – you will be glad you did. Was it worth the wait for this place to open? Absolutely!

Stopped in for my first time for a birthday drink. Ordered a Grilled Chicken and a Steak Taco dinner, with rice and refried beans black beans. I ordered a steak quesadilla and guacamole to go for the kids. Both were a great idea. The chips were hot and fresh.
I enjoyed the Watermelon Margarita first, then the Toloache, which is a delicious blend of tequila, blueberries, hibiscus, and fresh lime juice. I will definitely be back!

Now, let’s get to the experience. Upon walking in, I immediately felt a mellow vibe-like atmosphere with nice music playing softly in the background as Miguel welcomed me and said to feel free to sit anywhere . There were a few seating options including regular tables, double occupancy high tables, two 4 person semi-circle booths, and the bar with two chair styles.
I sat at the bar and ordered chicken tacos on corn tortillas to-go and they were ordered with onion, cilantro, tomato, and lettuce. It also came with a 1/4 lime wedge and sauce. The tacos were fully loaded and were SUPER delicious. This was a random stop after seeing the open sign, but you better believe that I’ll be back to try the nachos and a pick-me-up very soon!

This place is awesome! Food is excellent and is the service. Top shelf margaritas and homemade chips and salsa. I will be back. They plan to expand the menu as they grow so I am definitely looking forward to seeing that happen. This is the type of place where everybody knows your name.

Estella’s Cantina has BRUNCH!! I wasn’t ready for the flavor packed in their scrambled eggs and cheese, black beans, grilled chicken (I don’t eat red meat so they gave me chicken instead of steak) and chilaquiles topped off with their Sangria and POMEGRANATE MIMOSAS!!!! This is literally the best Brunch I’ve had on Lake St. in a looooong time! Huge portions, flavor on 10, great prices and customer service. Chefs kiss!!

I was so excited to be able to go back to Estella’s Cantina and try the food this time. During the soft opening we had the chips and guacamole and on their own they set the bar high for the main dishes. I had the steak tacos and they were amazing, really juicy, tender, and flavorful. It was a wonderful time. We had the largest dinner since they established. They took care of us like family. The food was on point and the drinks were fabulous. I will be back when I’m in town. It’s on Lake St. across the street from a beautiful Jackson 5 memorial. Please patronize you won’t be sorry.

I work six minutes away and was looking for something good for lunch. So, I decided to try Estella’s and let me just say it did not disappoint. The chicken tacos were fresh, flavorful and on point. Chips were fresh and delicious — they had the perfect crunch.
The staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. I will absolutely be back.
Edit 11/11/25: I was disappointed to see they changed their hours from an opening time of 12PM to an opening time of 3PM. Figures when I thought I found *the* new place for my lunch while I’m at work.
