All the meat I ate was delicious! I didn’t eat much from the hot/cold bat as I am very strategic and don’t fill up with other stuff. The Brazilian cheese rolls were and the fried polenta was amaaaaazing as well.
Unfortunately, this time the rodizio service was not optimal. Several factors may have influenced this, such as the size of my party, the time of our reservation, and the location of our table. However, I believe these are important aspects that should be mentioned when making the reservation so customers can have clear expectations before arriving.
Ultimately, what anyone wants is to leave happy or at least satisfied with the experience.
Regarding the price, I don’t mind paying a higher rate than at regular restaurants. In fact, people do so because the expectations and reputation of the place are high.
However, it was disappointing that the selection of meats was not as frequent or varied as we expected. It felt like we were being offered whatever was left, and at some point they even stopped coming to our table.
The salad and sides bar is wonderful. However, in a rodizio restaurant, the star of the experience should be the meat. It was particularly disappointing when we were told that they no longer had New York strip available because of the time (it was only 8:30 pm).
In addition, when we arrived we noticed that they did not have high chairs with safety straps to properly secure our toddler. In other words, the restaurant does not have high chairs with the safety belts that are obviously necessary to safely seat small children.
Although our server was very kind and attentive, the meat service overall was quite average.
For these reasons, unfortunately I would not recommend this place, and I feel the price does not fully justify the experience.
Great food and Nicholas the manager make sure we were at our best.
Toward the end of our meal, I started cutting a few pieces of chicken in half and realized that several of them were completely raw inside—still blue and clearly undercooked. We had already eaten multiple pieces before noticing bc they were rapped in bacon. Raw chicken is not just a small mistake; it’s dangerous and can cause serious food poisoning or salmonella.
Beyond that, the overall food quality was disappointing. The steaks lacked flavor and looked like low-quality cuts of meat. As they would say at Walmart, “family value” section. The salmon at the buffet bar looked old as well. Nearly every piece had brown and silver discoloration, which is usually a sign that the fish has been sitting out too long or used daily.
What made the situation worse was how management handled it. When we first told our waiter, he gave us a clean plate and went to inform the manager. The manager, nick, did nothing. We watched him from a distance for about 10–15 minutes while he ignored the situation.
We eventually flagged down another waitress, Samantha, who was very kind and helpful. She told the manager again, yet he still did nothing.
Eventually he came to our table while going around asking other tables how their meals were before closing time. When we explained that we had eaten several pieces of raw chicken, he simply said that “mistakes can happen.” My girlfriend mentioned that we were concerned about getting sick, and his response was essentially that if we did get sick we should get medical treatment and then maybe come back so they could investigate and see if it was “maybe” them. What are we 2 years old?
That response felt extremely careless and disrespectful. He had already seen the raw chicken when the waiter brought it to him, and we watched him quickly throw it away.
He didn’t attempt to make the situation right at all. The only thing he mentioned was that maybe the waiter forgot to offer us free dessert, maybe he said,—which is completely beside the point when customers have been served raw chicken.
Only after we showed him the photo we took of the chicken did he “do something”. You know what that was? I told him at least treat us as guests to the house and offer any gesture just even a 5% discount that does nothing. He says yea sure 5% I can do that for ya
Even then, we waited another 15–20 minutes just to pay the bill while the manager avoided us. Samantha and another staff member eventually helped us finish paying so we could leave. There was a discount added to not sure how much 30-40%? it but the manager avoided us and sent his employee after THEY went to remind him.
Overall this was a terrible experience. The restaurant was overcrowded, the steaks were not flavorful, the salmon looked old, and most importantly we were served raw chicken that was literally blue inside. The manager’s dismissive and careless attitude made the situation even worse.
I felt embarrassed bringing my girlfriend here. The waiters were the only bright spot and they were all nice and sweet. The food and management were dangerous and careless.
I had an amazing experience at the steakhouse yesterday. Dyson was my server and he was exceptional attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made my visit memorable. His recommendations were spot-on and his service was warm, professional, and consistent throughout the night. I’ll definitely be back!
