The portions are HUGE. You can definitely share a meal if you are not too hungry. The meal itself is delicious and they provide three sauce options, Wisconsin Mild (probably mayo and mustard), Cilantro mid-spicy, and a hot option. We loved the cilantro sauce!
The tres leches was delicious, and my personal favorite dessert in a very long time. They provided free warm chicken broth when we ate in which was a warm welcome on a cold winter day.

Coming from south America right beside peru . I can say this chicken and everything tasted like back home. The most recommended items are . Beef Churrasco and the grill chicken . Don’t forget to add some fried plantain. Everytime i come to madison and around i must stop here

I ordered the Cuarto de Pollo with a side of Saltado de Vegetables and a strawberry smoothie. the Cuarto de Pollo was undercooked and the Saltado de Vegetables could have been chopped a lot better and the smoothie had absolutely no flavor.

Amazing food!!! Got the pollo caribeno and lucuma shake. Everything was incredibly flavorful, so delicious, perfectly done chicken, although everything on the salty side. Would probably recommend asking if low-sodium is an option. Employees were so accommodating and friendly. Special place, for sure.
