Super delicious, yet also ultra-nutritious dishes. Clearly, a lot of pride and joy has gone into the menu, and I couldn’t be more grateful that this place is nearby. We subscribe to a surprisingly affordable 8 meal a week meal plan, and it’s been a game-changer for our household. The chef is incredibly accommodating of dietary restrictions. We have a long list of ingredients we need to avoid in addition to being vegan and gluten-free, and this place is more able to accommodate (while still keeping things delicious) than any other restaurant I’ve ever been to. Plus, the chef is always coming up with new, extremely creative recipes too, so things stay fresh. Thank you Essential Kitchen!

Amazing!! Googled vegan food near me and this gem popped up. Circled around a bit confused—it was hard to believe that actual China Study-level, nutritionally focused food would be served inside a health club owned by a healthcare organization. What a refreshing glimpse of hope that healthcare could be turning over a new leaf! Wow! Huge kudos to Essential Kitchen for delivering healthy and flavorful food. Consider me thoroughly impressed!

We came in with high hopes based on other reviews. Arrived a half hour after opening on our way through town. Tried to order the breakfast burrito bowl and was told the ingredients weren’t prepped yet, so that could not be ordered. We pivoted and ordered the special acai bowl. That came out frozen to the point that it couldn’t be consumed. Many items were not fresh and were in the cooler pre-done which impacted the quality and taste. My husband got the peach cobbler oatmeal. It was bland and tasteless. On the positive, the ube muffins were okay and the juices were standard for what you would get at a juice bar.

Absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh and organic. I love that the preparation is done right in front of you. The owner is an amazing guy really great to sit and talk with him. Great energy and amazing juice.
