For the Thanksgiving dinner they had special menu as well as alacarte options and I picked salmon with piccata sauce which in my opinion was not a real itallian piccata recipe. Nevertheless we enjoyed our dinner.
Amazing top rated bar and atmosphere.
This place is simply outstanding! Whether it’s the restaurant, bar, spa, or hotel, the quality and attention to detail are top-notch. Every time I ordered tea, it came beautifully presented with honey on the side, a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special.
The food is absolutely delicious, generously portioned, and while it’s a bit pricey, the quality more than justifies the cost. You truly get what you pay for!
The staff are incredibly respectful, friendly, and attentive, making sure you feel welcome and valued throughout your stay. The ambiance and atmosphere are nothing short of beautiful—perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the luxurious surroundings.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality experience
Service: it was the worst service I have experienced in a good while. The table was not ready by the time of our reservation, yet somehow when we finally got seated, there were 10 open tables in a room of about 15 tables. Our waitress was a classic example of why a restaurant shouldn’t add a mandatory 20% tip on top of the check: it disincentivizes the serving staff to be exceptional. Our waitress couldn’t care less about premium service, walked up to us and asked “you guys ready?” as her first words. She mixed up which one of us ordered each plate for every course of the meal, and forgot about the drink that came with the package we paid for. For the most money I’ve ever spent on a dinner, especially one this special, I wasn’t expecting the worst service I’ve had in years.
Food: Not worth anywhere near a $400 meal, maybe half that price maximum. The salmon appetizer was insultingly small. The carpaccio was good. The real disappointment was the seafood pasta entree: an overly strong, salty sauce and dry seafood. The filet was decent. Then for dessert, two tiny plates that could each be eaten in about 5-7 bites.
Overall, I just have tons of buyer’s remorse about this dinner experience on such a special day. If we went to the Melting Pot, it would’ve been half the price and five times the quality in every way.
Staff, atmosphere, and food were all amazing! I cant emphasize enough, how kind and positive the staff is here. That factor alone would keep me coming back
