WOW WOW WOW! I am SO happy I found this place! It’s authentic, delicious Mexican food! They absolutely *nailed* the asada, fish, and birria tacos. The elote was great too! The decor is super colorful and chic, the place is spotless and the vibe is just right. They have two tv’s on at the bar and a solid beer and Jarritos selection. The owner is from Mexico City. This place is a must-visit!

I love this place so much! I always get the Fried Fish Burrito and the Esquite Cup… omg, they’re both so good!! The churros are also phenomenal, especially with the icing on the side. Please bring it back! I’m not sure if it’s gone, but last time I only got the chocolate sauce. This spot is my go-to for takeout since it’s just a 6–8 minute walk from me. Highly recommend!!

I just Ordered 1 Huarache de Pastor (I ordered with cilantro and onion on the side and i honestly think this is one of the best Mexican dishes I have ever tried in Boston, authentic flavor and the service over the phone amazing (super nice lady).

This is a little gem! The food is delicious, best quality and very good price! The place is not too big but very cute, the location is easy to find, easy parking and close to the beach. The waitress was amazing, very helpful and nice. Absolutely recommended the variety of tacos, and the tree leches!

Here’s a MUST GO TO in the Revere Beach area. Located right off of North Shore Road, Esquite Taqueria is a must try!
The environment is friendly as the staff immediately sits you and takes drink orders while providing a great menu selection. Item menus include Burritos, Quesadillas, Tacos and more!
Rating + Review Section:
Atmosphere [10/10] – Small cute restaurant perfect for a quick bite or a small party. Seating options are mainly bar style seats and high tables. Lots of modern decorations as well as some traditional ones.
Service Rating [9/10] – Staff is friendly and answers any questions that a customer might have. They also follow up to ensure that everything is meeting expectation. The only thing they could work on was timing the food a little better. Our 3 of 4 dishes came together but the Fish Tacos were about 10 minutes after the food was served. I’m a patient guy so a 10 minute wait for me is no big deal. I know customers would usually give staff a hard time over this so keep that in mind.
Food Quality [9/10] – Birria Tacos were good however they could use a little more seasoning. Once sauce was applied to them, they were a lot better and more enjoyable. My girlfriends mother had the shrimp taco and beef tongue taco and she gave me a thumbs up from the opposite end of the table. She is very picky when it comes to tacos and that says a lot from her! The cheese quesadilla our niece had passed the test with an amazing cheese pull accompanied by sour cream and hot sauce. I will say, even though the fish tacos took some time to make and came out later. Wow! They were probably the BEST FISH TACOS I’ve ever had. Crunchy outer layer seasoned perfectly with a flaky soft white flesh alongside some pickled onions and other additives. MUST try the fish tacos!! Highly recommended! We also got Elote as well however everyone ate it before I could try it but by the looks of it, that was amazing as well!
Overall, Esquite Taqueria gets a 9/10 overall satisfaction rating for the atmosphere, service and food quality.

We came back from a long road trip and picked this place off Google maps. What a great stroke of luck. All the food was amazing. Birria tacos, chiliquilles with chicken, and churros as dessert. Aqua Tamarindo and horchata to drink. So amazing. We’d eat here every day if we didn’t live 3000+ miles away.!

I was visiting Massachusetts and came upon this mexican restaurant a little after 8 p.m. The atmosphere was inviting and lured me in to try the food. Being from a predominantly hispanic culture and trying A LOT of mexican food, I was curious and wanted to see the comparisons in taste. Although the food is very similar, the taste was different but still delicious. If I happen to be in the neighborhood again, I would definitely try it again. The price was pretty decent as well.

Best Mexican food in the area. The tacos (I got the crispy tripa, lengua, & chicharron) were superb and as authentic as it gets. Service was amazing, the people were friendly, and the place was vibrant! I’m looking forward to experiencing this place again very soon.
