Buyer beware. While some of the drinks are genuinely enjoyable — particularly the sugar-free options — the bean is simply not worth the squeeze.
Rudeness from staff is unfortunately common, though there are a few exceptions. As a veteran who has served at an instructor level in U.S. government intelligence, I found the atmosphere particularly unwelcoming to those who have served.
I was a loyal customer who spent generously — including bringing back gifts for staff from personal travels — yet was ultimately treated with disrespect.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others, particularly to fellow veterans or those who value basic courtesy and respect from a business they support financially.
There are better places to spend your money and your time.

Love this place ❤️ Hands down the best coffee shop. They have a never ending drink menu and each season new themed drinks. They even will make drinks that are from past seasons if you remember the names of them. I love every single pistachio drink they have had. The owner makes his own syrup for it. He also makes amazing pantries. I always get one of the cheese danishes. My son loves their chocolate pastry. My son will end up getting a smoothie. He loves the dragon fruit one, or they can make their lotus drinks or coffee drinks caffeine free which he loves. The lotus ones are a little too sweet for me but they also make redbull refreshers. There inside is really pretty and perfect for meet ups or reading a good book. Everyone is super nice that works there too

Espresso Cafe does not disappoint! I stop by whenever I am in town and love the quality of their drinks. As a mom, I can get my daily fix of caffeine while my kids play in the kids area. On top of that, super friendly staff

Absolutely love Espresso Cafe! ☕ It’s my favorite stop while I’m in Grayson, a special treat for myself, and a quick escape form my hectic schedule. The seasonal coffee selections are amazing and delicious, and their Lotus drinks are out of this world refreshing and energizing…oh and did I mention their food! I recommend the croissant sandwich, oh so good! They also have a rewards program, so it pays to be a frequent customer. The atmosphere is really great, and they even have a kid play area.

Very cute place inside! They do have a drive through which is convenient. Averaged priced. A lot of flavor options! We got an Iced Mocha and an Iced Cinnamon Roll. I’m an avid iced coffee drinker, and I hate the flavor of the coffee itself. Puts me in the mind of coffee with honey in it possibly? I tried both and it’s definitely the coffee itself, not just the flavor I chose.

I had a nice quick walk from the truck stop to get some espresso; a rare treat when they only have drip coffee where big rigs go, with a few exceptions. Excellent customer service, I felt instantly welcome, the coffee is STRONG and delicious, and the croissant is *chef’s kiss*.
