This place was good at first, but since has went downhill. This is the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong. The guy who answers the phone should be switched, I always have to repeat myself 50 times (I don’t have an accent or anything) and it’s still not correct. I ordered the steak fajita platter with yuca and plantain and I asked the guy if I can have it with yellow rice instead of the new white rice that they serve(not good) he proceeded to tell me okay. I get home and open my food the sides are yuca and fries and it’s white rice. It’s simply unacceptable especially when they raise their prices every other week. My mom got their taco bowl which was $11 now it’s $16. The meat is super dry, not quality, they cooked it way over, and there’s no flavor. Never will come here again, I will be going down the road to Sylvester’s where I’ll get both quality and quantity.

We called in an order which included a CHICKEN taco bowl. When we discovered they put steak on it as well, I immediately called because I DON’T eat beef. I spoke with Manuel who informed me that he would replace it for free the next time I came back. Last night, I called to place an order for pickup and asked for Manuel before placing the order and I explained the situation. They hung up on me. Called back 2 additional times and each time they hung up the phone. The last time I called they said he wasn’t there and hung up the phone on me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be going back. They smile at you when taking your order and your money in person but are not willing to correct a problem! Not another penny will be spent at this restaurant!

We kept passing by this restaurant..and came in today. Got the whole chicken and three sides: fries, yucca, and fried plantains. And two chicken papusas. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious . Chicken was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The yucca was soft and flavorful. Papusas were also perfect. Drinks are huge and delicious, got a horchata.
The place was very clean and looks beautiful inside… one of the walls was marble.
We will definitely be back very soon
Edit to add: we came back and got the fajita mixta, it came with two sides (we got fries and yuca) and yellow rice, it’s so delicious. My daughter said it was the best shrimp she ever had. We are coming back again soon!

Order the rotisserie chicken family deal that comes with 3 large sides, 6 sauces, and a 2liter. The food always a hit for my family and they give great portions too. My sides were sweet plantain(plátano maduro), fried cassava (yuca frita) and yellow rice. This family owned business makes really great food and are always friendly and nice.

Food was fresh and delicious!!! The chicken and steak super salad was awesome. The meat was perfectly seasoned and so tender. The sweet onions made flavor even more explosive!!! My husband got the red snapper and it was cooked to perfection, again very well seasoned, meaty, flavorful and juicy. Everything was excellent. Will definitely order again and again and again!!!

I miss Joy’s Market . Joy’s was good at making cheese steak sandwiches so I decided to order one from Esperanza. The kid took my order but did not ask me what I wanted on it, so I said hey do I need to tell you what I wanted on my sub. I asked for American cheese mayo and onions . They got my order wrong and there was barely any meat. They put thick onions lettuce barely any mayo and barely any meat. This was a waste of money . I also ordered fries , they were good but there were barely any fries . I spent $13.76 not worth it plus this price is not with a drink.
