I feel they could have more people working there. The girl put my daughters ice cream in a cup when she wanted the cone. Wish sitting was different so we arent sitting directly in the sun. Other than that it is really good. Garlic parmesan pretzel was absolutely amazing!

I have always loved coming here, but the quality has gone down. I ordered a regular Arctic Turtle today. The cup and the amount inside the cup was drastically smaller. It literally looked like a mini. It was definitely not worth the $7.50+ I paid. I have come here and purchased this item many times in the past and today was quite underwhelming.

I searched all over Ruston today for some shaved Ice with the cream.. Always a Summer Time fav.. I took my 2 youngest kids and my lil boy got the opportunity to go inside the shoppe and make all 3 of our snow cones. He was over the moon. And so nice of the guy, (which I failed to get his name) to offer it to him.. he is still talking about it.. Great family place..

I drive here everyday I live in Union parish and this is literally my go to place for shaved ice and ice cream. The employees are always very nice and kind. I always order a medium shaved ice wild cherry light on syrup and they always fix it exactly how I like. The prices are very reasonable so I always have my $2.01 ready unless I order a large then $2.97. It’s the best I have found. I get my shaved ice and park across the street at the park I consider that my “me time”.

We went there for the first time while visiting our son at Tech. The establishment had a wide variety of flavors of soft serve. I chose the almond flavor which was great. They give you large amounts so it was hard to finish. Would recommend.

Usually good, but showed up in drive thru at 8:55pm tonight. Hours posted online and on the drive thru window say they close at 9pm. I sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes. 2 employees left before 9:00 and at 9:00 an employee walked out and turned off the lights. I asked her if they were closed and she just nodded. I said I had been sitting there for 5 minutes and she just ignored me and kept walking. If you close before the posted hours of 9pm on Sundays, please update all of your posted hours. My understanding is that if you close at 9:00, I should be able to place an order at 8:55. Didn’t realize it meant that your employees left at 9:00 (or actually before for a couple of them). Thank you!
