Amazing place ! The owner Stephan is super cool and welcoming and his wife Angela is a spectacular chef! I came in here after a day at the beach with my family and everything I tried was magnificent! They have lunch specials, nice decorations, large variety of dessert options and daily specials ! As the restaurant’s name suggests their escargot is very yummy. I had their baked escargot and a chicken crepe. It was very filling and I couldn’t even finish. All the dishes come with a salad and side sauces. Their french onion soup was wonderful and everything is handmade. And to finish all we had a Lavazza coffee with a chocolate profiterole. Top quality food and top quality service.

We just moved to the area from NYC where we had quite a bit of great French food (our favorite cuisine). Moved down to Florida and have been looking for our staple French spot – and we have found it at Escargot Bistro! This is by far the best FOOD (not just French) that we have had since moving down. The cozy vibe, complimented by Didier and Andrea’s hospitality transports you right to France in a little cafe. Couldn’t recommend it more highly, and so glad we live close so we will be regulars! Must go!

We went for my wife’s birthday. I’m gluten free and she has a latex allergy. The owner and chef are also the wait staff. Small, cozy restaurant that’s by reservation only. The chef encouraged me to try the soup of the day, it was an orange carrot soup. It was fantastic! I will definitely be back. There were a few missteps, (forgetting we ordered espresso…) but this is a small business with great customer service and superb food.

I almost never leave reviews from restaurants unless something really bad happened. However, this hidden gem in E Commerce deserves an absolute 5-stars. Food was delicious, perfectly cooked. Ordered the soup and fish of the day… that was perfection. The chocolate crepe was amazing… I’m looking forward to coming back to FLL to get back at Escargot.

Went there for lunch and highly recommend. Family run place with mom running the kitchen and Matisse, the son, working the front of the intimate dining room (capacity 36 people). The family bought the restaurant a year ago and kept the name. Menu is what you would expect from a French bistro. A number of daily specials are offered—I had the leek and bacon quiche special after starting with pate maison—both were excellent. My friend had one of about six crepes that were on the menu—also delicious and a generous portion. I had the dessert special that was homemade—a pear dessert similar to flan (I forget the French name)—it was extraordinary and I can’t wait to have again. Wine list is sufficient and affordable. Can’t wait to go back again, and I rate it an enthusiastic five stars.

The food is amazing. Service has a French feel the waiter is always polite as proper. The can go there dressed up or just come as you are. The Bistro has a Paris feel with French music. It’s not a place you will be able to eat at fast. The food comes out fresh and you are in No rush to leave. It’s a full 5 course experience.
