This food truck is amazing, the flavor is awesome, it never disappoints when we get their food. We’ve had birra from a few different places in town and hands down this truck has thee best birria in rapid. I highly recommend trying anything on the menu, my wife loves their birria nachos, I’ve had their steak burrito and birria tacos as well as elotes. All worth every penny spent. We look forward to this food truck atleast once a week if not more. Service is always good.

Today was my 12th visit to es taco n Madres. I had the bacon wrapped hotdog today with spectacular something I would suggest you eat in the park or wherever you get it when you’re ordering from their truck, but it was well cooked well seasoned and it was a fantastic meal as have been all of the other meals that I’ve had from them I highly suggest their Food trailer anytime you cruise by and you see them enjoy their authentic Mexican food is without fail and spectacular in flavor!!
