Terrible front desk staff ruin such a wonderful restaurant quality , Actually food and service was excellent but I have got terrible experience with the front desk.
They did not help me to find a taxi at all, I tried to explain I do not have internet connection , they did not help me to connect to internet all 3 girls just try to act cold look with a modal? cold face and refuse my help request and direct me to go. Suprise! suprise!
Dear managers of this restaurant , You have excellent restaurant but Please consider my kind advice switch any of the waitress for the front desk nearly all of them very kind and helpful you do not have to hire front desk staff if she is just look like modal? they have to had customer relationship helpful and a kind of adapt the rest of the perfect staff.

Seafood heaven in Moscow. On the more expensive side however fabulous quality and fresh. I was with a group of ten people and we had a chance to try many things. Love every dish and it was cooked to perfection. Service was also good and they made me a fabulous Negroni even though it was not on their cocktail list.
Happily come here any day. It’s a very large restaurant so depending on the day booking may not be essential. I would however recommend it. Try the mimosa salad here, it’s divine and the frozen cold fish 😉

The worst place that I have visited during my visit to Moscow. The distribution of seats is according to Waitress and it is not organized well . The service is very poor and they don’t respect tourists. We were waiting for more than 50 minutes to come and take the orders after many requests. Because they don’t speak English they serve Russian citizens first .
The prices are extremely high and food is bad. Hot drinks came cold and not prepared by professional staff . I don’t recommend all Arab to come to this . The boat is like Sunaa and the air conditioning system is not working.

Comfortable, cosy, with excellent service provided by professional staff. High quality of food with reasonable prices. Food presentation is aesthetically pleasing. Must try is veal tartar, seviche of dorado, beaf steak with truffle sauce. We were three girls took different courses and shared it in order to try everything. What to say whatever we’ve tried was- delicious!
As a dessert must try is Napoleon ☝️God bless Moscow, it’s restaurants and waiters! It is the best of the best of the world!! Thank you ♥️

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is delicious. However, I’m rating it lower due to the terrible service I experienced from a waitress who displayed racism. When I politely asked for an additional dish, the waitress shouted at me, saying, “We are Russian, not Arabs.” Respect is fundamental for every customer when interacting with waitstaff.

This is a really nice place for sea food lover. The environment is very nice and big and when I was there a live band was entertaining the costumers during their dining. It has also an outside are just in front of the river for who is seeking some romantic time. The place is a little expensive but considering the environment is totally worth it.
