I was here last night to take a dinner. They had great live music performed by EverlovinRosie.
I got a captain platter. And it was so good. Haddock and clams were tasty. I deff enjoyed my food and will be back another day. Recommend for good seafood dishes and nice view with live music.

My husband and I went for dinner at Ernie’s. It was our first time there. We were looking for a place with a view. We weren’t disappointed. We sat outside on the deck with a view of the water. There were a few outside decks and even a roof deck (but the roof one wasn’t being used at the moment). The inside of the restaurant looked spacious and had some ocean views as well. There was a lower area that had some chairs and fire pits. This looked like a nice place to sit and have a drink to enjoy the view.
A man set up and sang some live music. I appreciated that it was the right amount of loud. You could hear and enjoy it, but also could have a conversation and be heard. It was very enjoyable.
We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly. The food was great. I had a garden salad with salmon and my husband had fish tacos. They were delicious. I liked how my salad wasn’t just a big bowl of lettuce. The salmon was amazing and cooked just right.
The only thing that we didn’t like was while I was still eating another staff person (not even our waitress) came over and just left our bill on the table and walked away. My husband had planned on ordering another drink. No one asked if we were done or wanted dessert. It was very strange. I didn’t know if they were trying to rush us off. It wasn’t even full. We only saw our waitress one time after ordering. So, we paid and decided to leave.
Overall, we did enjoy our dinner out. The prices were reasonable. The food was great as was the views and music. I would definitely be up for going back. There is also a small beach beside the restaurant that you can park. We stopped there after to enjoy the sunset.

Definitely only worth coming down for the one dollar oysters. Unfortunately the food we got wasn’t very good. We tried the captains platter The fish was OK. The portion was kind of small. You could tell that the scallops were a mix of bay scallops, and sea scallops, and they were starting to turn because some of them tasted like ammonia. The best part was probably the french fries. Not gonna lie also probably the worst tasting coleslaw that I’ve ever had. The servers were very young and quite inattentive. Milling around on their phone, etc..

Came for lunch with my school-aged kid. Staff were friendly and attentive. I got the salmon dish and it was delicious. Also had the basil vodka drink and it was very good. Kid had the buffalo wings and devoured them. A little pricey but we also got more expensive items. The decor and music selection could use an upgrade but would recommend and go back again

From our hostess, to our servers, to the cocktails, appetizers and main courses…all fantastic! The portions were big, fresh and delicious! And without doubt the best sunset view on the Seacoast!! We sat at the downstairs deck bar that overlooked the stunning harbor view. There is also top deck seating to take in the view and a really cool fire pit at the lower patio with comfy beach chairs for cocktails. The interior of Ernie’s has a clean and fresh beach vibe – very comfortable. I was reserved to write this review because it’s the best kept secret on the Seacoast and, as a local, want to keep it this way but also want the hard working team there to be a great success!

Stay away from this place .we ordered shrimp scampi got it really dry , we requested to add a little more sauce and they added water
Next salmon , not fresh , asparagus was stale and the rice had a pungent smell .
Even after mentioning we felt that , they didn’t make an attempt to check or change the dishes .

Had a great dinner at Ernie’s. The ocean view from the deck was beautiful, the food was fresh and flavorful (highly recommend the shrimp scampi), and the staff was super friendly. Great atmosphere with live music. Perfect spot for a beachside meal. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been to Ernie’s a few times now and every single dish I’ve tried has been amazing. I’ve had the steak, the shrimp pasta, and the tacos, and everything was cooked perfectly! The staff are always so kind and caring, which makes it even better. I recommend coming during sunset, the view is beautiful☺️

Went to Ernie’s Seaside one of the first nights it opened. The new interior was bright, airy and made me feel like I was at a beach side restaurant. Food was AMAZING!!! Can’t say enough about the taste, quality and amount of lobster in the Seahags Pie! Oh yeah! The shrimp cocktail was HUGE! Probably also the BEST cocktail sauce I have EVER HAD!!!! Drinks were great too! The only downside for me (which I can absolutely overlook due to atmosphere and food quality as well as knowing it was opening night – we all have our first time jitters!) the prices were a bit high, but again for the quality I’m happy to pay and the staff was a little slow, but hey- the jitters and pressure for an opening night?!?! I can not wait to go back and see the place grow! Ernie’s will 100% be my Hampton area go to!

Ernie’s was really good despite the reviews we saw. The staff was very attentive and the food was good, view is very nice too. I am in a wheelchair temporarily and it has one of the best ADA set up I’ve seen. Lots of the restaurants have no room for a wheelchair which stinks. I will go again.
