I stoped at The Point Park for a quick take out dinner and decided I’d try Erik’s Gyros Fusion Cuisine.
The quality if the ingredients Erik’s Gyro Fusion Cuisine uses is outstanding!!! The combination of high quality ingredients combined with the chefs expert cooking and flavor left me with a meal I couldn’t and still cannot stop raving about.
All in all, considering the atmosphere, service, quality of the food, and price, I will without a doubt be back!

Found this gyro food truck on accident and now it’s become our go-to spot for Mediterranean food. I’ve tried both chicken and lamb gyro, the portion sizes are huge, and the quality of the food is what sets them apart. If you are looking for tasty, affordable, and quality food — Erik’s gyros is a must. The owners Melissa and Erik seem like a hardworking couple, and they have always been courteous and friendly each time we visited the food truck. I understand that being a small business owner is not for the weak, keep up the good work by serving your delicious food!

Erik’s Gyros Fusion Cuisine serves the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had! Since they opened at Point Park, I’ve been going almost weekly for it. They pack the sandwich with so much pork and ham, I’m amazed they can make a profit. The fries are incredible—likely hand-cut, they taste so fresh. My family usually devours them before I can get my share, raving about how good they are.
Recently, I tried the Reuben when I arrived too early for the Cuban (the pork wasn’t ready). It was even more loaded than the Cuban! Now I’m torn between the two. This place is a gem!

Erik’s Gyros food truck at The Point park has the most amazing gyros and Cuban Sandwiches! This is one of the BEST Cuban sandwiches I’ve ever had! Everything else on the menu is wonderful as well. Have eaten at Erik’s a couple times now at The Point. Tried the Cuban this time…while it was good, I still think their Gryros are better…that is what they do best. A bit pricey, but you do get a lot of food, so I often have enough leftover for a small meal later on. Service can be slow…it usually take 15-25 minutes, so chill while you wait.

I would have given more stars if I could! The food is FRESH, HEALTHY, and CLEAN, and the atmosphere is just as amazing! WOW! We loved it so much we went back the next day to try something else—so consistent!

On a recent trip to Erik’s I saw a beautifully roasted pork roast in their window. It was a thing of beauty all on its own with a great crust. I asked the lovely lady taking orders what is being made with that pork, and she said “he is making cuban sandwiches with it” Ever since the movie “Chef” with John Favreau where they make delicious Cubanos in their food truck I have been on the search for the best Cubano. I have quite a few delicious cubanos from all over to include the debated birth place of Florida.
I will say Erik’s cubano was the best I have ever had. Nothing was skimped on the bread and everything between was perfection. I was so happy that I couldn’t finish the large portion that I got to eat it again the next day.
It is obvious Erik takes pride in what he serves and the results speak for themselves.
Remember to ask for a grilled jalapeno!
