Found this place on Google Maps. This is the only time there.
I got a Chicken Philly Sandwich and fries. They put “Amazing Sauce” on a nicely loaded sandwich.
I couldn’t taste the sandwich because of the sauce. My suggestion would put Amazing Sauce on the side.
Tavern was very crowded and clean. Nice setup.
Staff was attentive and busy.

Had a great experience at Erie Canal Bar and Grille, Sharpsville Pa. The wings were cooked almost to perfection—just the right amount of crisp with juicy meat inside. Tough to call anything perfect, but they came close. The real standout was the Smokey Cowboy Ranch—hands down one of the best BBQ-style sauces I’ve had in a long time. It’s bold, smoky, and rich with just enough kick to keep you coming back for more.

Let me tell you how happy I was to pop in after work for dinner. Summer is in the air, the evening was warm and beautiful. Just right for patio dining: a relaxing after work treat. I’m gonna be honest here: since the new management, menu change and seating updates over the past year, I was not impressed last year but this visit completely changed my opinion. The bartender was super nice and attentive, even remembered my name and that I enjoy dinner on the patio in the summer. Everything was great, they got all the kinks worked out. I had the Pittsburgh salad with steak and the fried pickles for a starter. Just perfect. I did think the tiny kid fork was unusual but the food was amazing, the vibe was chill and the beer was ice cold. Give it a try!!!! Oh, and Wednesdays are wing night!!!

Cool little place!! Sat at the bar and could immediately tell there were several regulars hanging out as well as people like me who are just in town for a weekend. The service was good, the food was even better, and we got a whole lot of food for the price. Personal favorite of mine was the pulled pork, which came out on Texas toast and covered with cheese. It was absolutely divine. The wife had pierogis and said they were amazing as well. There was also several vegetarian option on the menu for those looking.

Finally gave this place a try and wasn’t disappointed. Atmosphere has changed quite a bit since the old days of Danny’s and Thelma’s. I like the open concept and the new bar area for events. Service was good and the food was tasty. Hopefully they can make it last.

Really good beer selection, and the food was decent. The friends Brussels were unfortunately a little soggy and not very crisp, but the wrap I had was really good and the my wife’s brisket sandwich looked great! She had no complaints!

The food was just ok. I had a pulled pork sandwich, and it was supposed to be on a good bun, but it was on a skinny hamburger bun and it got all soggy. Also they used to have a lot of craft beer now it’s miller lite and yuengling.

Our family has been frequenting this restaurant for years. When it switched over to Thelma’s from previously being called Danny’s we were skeptical. But the second we walked in and tried the service, the food, and the bar service, we were very very pleased! Their Friday fish fry is on point! I went and We got several kinds of wings and we got him smoked directly off the grill. This is something we found very unique and tasty and well worth it! We even boxed extra wings to go so we could take him back to her dad. He was very happy as well! Kudos Thelma’s. Definitely worth checking out this little local spot in Sharpsville Pennsylvania.

It’s the first time we’ve been there and there was a band playing, so it was pretty loud if you were sitting outside, but the atmosphere was nice and the service was really good. My burger was a little overcooked, but my husband really liked his wings, so I’d definitely go back and give it another try!
