Usually go every Wednesday, the workers are a hit or miss. They’re not quite as social, more so, “order here” “pick up here” without any emotion towards the customer. The ice cream is usually good with no problems and depending on the line is the quickness of your treat.

Really great food. Good quality. Good service. Only drawback is the east location has fewer ice cream choices than the north location. Was really anxious to try an Oreo Cookies -n- Creme handcrafted milkshake, but had to settle for Vanilla. Still really good, but maybe they can add other flavours or move some in and out occasionally. My only other concern is people with nut allergies in watching how ice cream was scooped out. I worry someone is going to have a serious allergic reaction.

Went to Eric’s for the first time. Hadn’t had a root beer float in years. I thought the price was a pinch steep but dang if it wasn’t worth it!!!!! That was probly the best RB float i have ever had! The ice cream was super creamy with a ‘real’ vanilla taste and the root beer had just the right bit of bite to balance the whole thing out!! My sweet tooth was more than satisfied. Will definitely go back!

I went to Eric’s because I’d been wanting I’d n been wanting I’ve cream for days. I take my kids with, they order clearly, I order clearly one scoop mint chip in a waffle cone. The girl didn’t read back my order and failed to charge me for a waffle cone. Failed to put one of my sons ice cream in a bowl, and when I asked for a dish to go with my baby cone they gave me the cone and no dish. When I told them my son and my ice cream were supposed to be cones. One regular and one waffle the other girl working said they needed to charge me $1 for the waffle cone. She got upset when I told her she should just let it go because it was their error. It’s a $1. They pushed me over a $1 error on their part. Not super excited for summer if this is the service to be expected here.

My wife ordered a scoop of dairy free chocolate ice cream with caramel topping. After a few bites, she had me go confirm it was dairy free because it was so good. 4 hours later and she can confirm it was dairy free and definitely the best dairy free chocolate around.
