Had a great breakfast today, corned beef hash and smoked Gouda omelette. Service with a smile and the chef quietly singing along to the music. 100%

I’ve been a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager at multiple locations in Philadelphia including getting a “Best Breakfast” in 2019 while at Sulimay’s
I went to Erica’s this morning for my friends birthday. And I will say this small place packs a BIG CITY PUNCH!
Everything was exquisite portions, flavors, pairings, and presentations were all exceptional.
They don’t just slap quality ingredients together like some of their local competitors. They clearly know food and ingredients; and treat them with care. Maximizing flavors to our benefit.
This is hands down the best breakfast you’ll eat in all of central Maine.

Met a friend here and enjoyed the atmosphere and catching up. Service was friendly. My omelet was made as a veggie instead of with meat, but I didn’t mention it and just ate it. Mistakes happen — just something to be mindful of. Overall, still a pleasant visit.

Food was great, but the service was extremely slow. My friend and I were sat at about 11:30am on a Sunday and put our orders in within 5-10 minutes of being there. We didn’t get our food until about 12:30, and by that point, we counted at least 5 tables who came in after us, got their food, and closed out before we even got ours. Our waitress didn’t come to check on us more than once or twice that whole time. Probably won’t be coming again.

Nice looking place but the breakfast I got was nothing worth going back for. Potatoes were undercooked the cheese in my omelette was not melted and the orange juice had a very weak taste like it was watered down. This was my first time coming to this restaurant and i won’t ever be back. So may better options in town.

Visiting Maine to see family. Enjoyed a visit to Erica’s in Waterville. The seating for 7 is sometimes challenging, but not for this place The menu has a variety of choices. We had the Greek omelette, waffles, eggs and bacon . Choice of mimosas flights. The atmosphere was pleasant. If you are living for a small hometown restaurant then be sure to check out Erica’s. Parking is plentiful and off street.

Got to sit outside on this beautiful day! We love that Erica’s does breakfast all day! I don’t care for breakfast foods but my husband loves them so this place is perfect for us. He got to enjoy his croissant stuffed French toast and I had a delicious haddock burger. Their fries are fantastic, crispy just the way we like them. Soo yummy! We always enjoy their spiked ice coffee flights and I loved the apple cider mimosa! We also took home a piece of raspberry cheesecake, we were too full from our meal but couldn’t pass up the chance for cheesecake! Yum

Tried the all meat breakfast pizza for the first time. Filling and good. Strong coffee to wake you up. Many great Eggs Benedict options. Changing pancake flights are always unique.

I ordered vegetarian Benedict, and my husband ordered a 3 egg breakfast. Mine was done and sitting on the counter under a heat lamp for 5 minutes before his was ready. The ratio of tomato to bread on mine was off, and I could barely taste any tomato, as pictured. One of my eggs was underdone, and the hollandaise was flavorless. My husband’s potatoes tasted frozen, and he was only given 2 eggs when he ordered 3. My coffee was bitter, which I chuckled about as we were leaving and I saw the signage that says their coffee has no bitterness.
