So I ordered two half sandwiches with soup, one full sandwich and a peanut butter bar.
The photo is what this establishment thinks is a full sandwich and my two “half” sandwiches were half of this “full sandwich” there was barley any condiments on any of the sandwiches, in total I spent about $28 do yourself a favor and go to either subway or jimmy johns because for $28 either one of them will give you more food for your money.
Otherwise the sandwiches tasted great the soup was ok and the peanut butter bar was the only thing that really tasted good.

I usually order food for delivery because I don’t have a reliable mode of transportation. It takes almost over an hour to get here. The soup is burnt and discolored, this isn’t the first time they’ve either had gross food or messed up my order, keep getting told that I will get coupons in the mail by the manger and they never show. Also been told my money would get refunded and that never happened either. This location is a joke. You’re better off going to jersey mikes or subway if you want food that isn’t gross.

I love E&G! This downtown location has good service and even better staff! The delivery driver, Patrick is phenomenal. They missed the onion on my sandwich and instantly brought a new one out to me, no questions asked.

Will not be ordering from them again. My last two orders have been mediocre and always missing items but tonight was the last straw. I ordered a simple sandwich at 7:30 pm. They called me 45 minutes later to cancel the order because they got a rush – right after I ordered – and their delivery driver is unable to make it to me. I am currently a 5 minute walk down the street from them, but can’t leave because i am working. There is no reason one of their employees couldn’t have walked it down.

Ordered a a meal for 50$ with the tip. At 6:56pm was told delivery Round 7:30pm. Called at 7:40pm making sure everything was okay. I was told soup wasn’t ready and will be leaving 5 minutes. Call again at 8:15pm was told it didn’t leave yet due soup not being done. Call back at talked to Gary ( only person to say his name) 8:17pm to see if I can just come pick up, he said the driver left 5mintues ago with our food. Don’t order food for delivery it’s a joke

Generally this place is awesome. I work on Roosevelt rd and normally order here when I work. The staff is always cool. So tonight, I call in to order and as I’m placing it the girl on the phone starts talking to her co worker, totally cool. She comes back and tells me I’m out of the their delivery zone. I’ve been told this before and I’ve been told the street I work on doesn’t even show up on their map. But every street around me does. Usually they still take my order and deliver it. But this girl after telling me this says sorry and hangs up before I can even explain. To be honest, I don’t even want to order from yall anymore.

Waited an hour and a half for my food to be delivered, when it was delivered it was soggy and inedible because they likely made the sandwich as they got the order in.
It must’ve proceeded to sit there soaking in the mayo/avocado at room temperature. Either that or they just make very “sub”par subs. Maybe it was just a fluke, but paying, waiting 1.5 hours without even an apology, and not even being able to stomach the food because it was so absolutely disgusting, really turned me away from this restaurant.
And I urge others to steer clear if they are looking for delivery, there are better options out there. I didn’t read the reviews first, but maybe someone else will.

This place is not good at all! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had ordered a sandwich, pop and chips online to be delivered. It never showed up. I called and said I’m nearby and I can just come pick it up and the guy I spoke with on the phone was very rude and said the order will arrive in 10 minutes. I waited and waited. I never received my order but they sure had no problem taking my money! All I wanted was the food. I didn’t get that and I was never reimbursed for my online order either. I tried speaking to the manager at this place and he was never there every time I called. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

The food was great, but we weren’t impressed with the service! Someone from my group of 4 spilled her soup and all 4 employees looked up from their phones and saw it happen and did nothing about it. All of the napkin dispensers were empty and the tables were all dirty. The restroom was dirty and barely any toilet paper was available. I really think the staff need to figure out how to restock and clean.
