I called and placed a delivery order today. I spoke with someone. They did not get my order right. I received a half apollo so thin that a poptart had more gurth than. I am super hungry so i ate it but geesh this was the most expensive poptart i have ever purchased. It did however give the girls in the office and I a good laugh. I mean this sandwich was so thin a toddler would still be hungry afterwards. lol I’ve legit had pb & J sandwichs bigger than this lol

Poor customer service. Refused to serve me food. Rude employees and rude managers! I am reporting this store to corporate because they have gone down hill since Mary left and they need to be retrained in customer service! That is no way to treat an old employee and a very frequent customer! I hope you all get in trouble or at least the rude lady I spoke with tonight gets fired! I’ll bring my money else where! Enjoy your sloppy made sandwiches with rude comments from staff when they don’t make your sandwich properly

I love this place! The workers are all so friendly. They close at 9pm and I scheduled a pickup at 9pm because I got off at 8pm and work an hour away. I arrived about 10 minutes after they closed but they waited for me!

The past few times we’ve visited this location, it’s had an awful smell, the sandwiches have been poorly made, and the service was slow and unprofessional. Love the chain, this location needs some serious revamping.
