Blonde manager doesn’t know how to even make a sandwich. Lbs has given me the wrong order 3 times and yelled and rolled her eyes when i checked the order to make sure it was right. Get some staff that actually care about their jobs. The teenagers do better than the management, which is sad…. I will not be returning to this erberts and Gerbert’s. I will gladly drive the extra 15-20 mins to a better location.
And they menu says double meat, and they only do one. Don’t eat here.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten!!! Literally 1 slice of meat on each half of the sandwich, and a BUNCH of cranberry sauce to try and hide the fact there’s like no meat in it

They always do a great job when you need something for lunch for dinner. They do a wonderful job on large group orders too. I ordered a couple colossus boxes for a Sunday morning birthday party and they had everything done in time and well organized. The kids loved the sandwiches and pickles. Definitely would recommend to anyone hosting and event or birthday party.

Was one of my favorite places to eat, until they raised the prices on everything. 10$ for just a sandwich is crazy. And not offering them as half subs doesn’t make it any better. Go to Jersey Mikes instead, you will get more food, better food, and a lower price.

My daughter and I really like the food but there is a manager there named Morgan who is really mean and rude to my daughter. It really baffles me that this woman still has her job and hasn’t gotten fired because of her being rude to fellow co workers and my daughter.
