I will never order from Erbert and Gerberts again. I ordered the sandwich combo with chili. The sandwich with the most meat! The Sub was very small and hardly had more meat as advertised. The chili had too much chilI powder. I would have been better off with Subway! Too bad, Erberts and Gerberts use to have normal size to generous toppings. They sure went down hill! Goodbye Erberts and Gerberts! I took pictures but can’t post them for some reason. Going to bed hungry!!!

Second time getting erbs in cloquet. First time was a door dash so I chalked it up as a fluke the order was completely wrong with none of the adds (was still charged for the adds).
Second time was a pick up and I trusted that the first time was maybe just a one time thing but nope! Second one was a pick up and literally no employee even listened to the ask for extras (still charged us) came home and the three orders we order were wrong. One had many extras and received only on of the 7 extras asked for (onions) no extra turkey or meats that we paid for. Called about the order and Aiden said there is nothing he can do about it. Gave us manager name for the morning. Wow what a terrible customer experience and no one that even cares in that building. Would not recommend to anyone.

Even though it’s my first time eating here, I’m from Oregon visiting, and they ran out of white bread, the mammoth was very good on the wheat.
Chili was good too , they didn’t ask if I wanted cheese on it , but that’s fine I had some at my sister’s place.

Food was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing, they messed up all 4 orders. Terrible experience.

Service wasn’t amazing, was definitely basic. No greetings when you walk up to order. The prices are crazy for how basic the sandwiches taste. One of the sandwiches with cheesesteak was only 4 inches long while our other sandwich was 6 inches. Ridiculous. I guess that’s why they give you chips and day old soup. Wild… will not return

Garbage over flowing…on the floor….heated meat in the soup bin area was all over the top of the soup covers…prep board for sandwiches was full of food particles…not exactly a friendly group…two guys…waited close to 4 minutes before anyone even showed up to take my order…..poor experience at best.

Terrible experience today. We have gluten and dairy allergies and confirmed that they were able to accommodate
We ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread and no cheese. We confirmed gluten free and dairy free upon receipt of the sandwich and were assured. When we got to the car, the sandwich obviously contained cheese. We went back into the store, and asked for them to remake it, and once again they made it incorrectly.
This is one of the only places that we can eat on the way up to our cabin, and now will be seeking other options.

I occasionally order the Colossus box for game nights with friends – absolutely love doing this! Tasty and fun variety. Good value for fresh subs. The condiment box is great. And the staff even offered to help carry everything to my car. Thank you so much for great service!!
