Got a supposed “Cali” with just a strip of bacon in it.

Yet another disappointing interaction with this location. The Erbert and Gerbert’s online order system is apparently down, so we can’t place an online delivery order. No big deal, I’ll call the location… I was then informed that they don’t take over-the-phone delivery orders within an hour or closing (even though their online system allows it). Whatever, I’ll give my money to another business then.

stopped in tonight about 10 minutes before closing looking like a complete scrub after a 12 hour day of welding, shorts and sleeveless shirt. the beautiful young lady and young man working were outstanding and delivered great customer service. gave them a 10 dollar tip and will 100% return. did not rush me out the door because of closing and we’re very respectful. thank you for everything you two, keep it up!

I placed an order on the app and had my husband pick it up. After he got home we saw that it was missing my Mac and cheese. I filled out a ticket online and Danielle contacted me to make it right. She not only refunded me more than I expected, she sent comet cash. That’s the kind of service that keeps you coming back.

This was a great stop! I think this location is one of the best EandGs around. Small town influences there? Everything was delicious and the bread was fresh from the oven. The customer service was friendly and fast. We will be back!

Love this place. Wish there was one closer to me. Gluten-free bread options and they taste decent. GF soup as well. This is a real treat for diet restricted people. Staff was friendly. The place is attached to the gas station. Very clean.

The woman taking my order, Danielle, couldn’t figure out how to run my order through on a credit card. I had to repeat the number back to her several times. She kept reading it a loud. I asked her not to broadcast my CC#. She yelled at me and asked me how else I expected her to remember the number. I asked for extra cranberry wasabi sauce on my sandwich. When it arrived there was no no sauce on the sandwich. It was dry. When I called to complain I was told by the same person who took my order that she thought I didn’t want any sauce. She told me I could have sauce delivered, but there would be an extra charge to deliver it. She was very nasty. Lastly, the sandwich was flat; it looked like someone sat on it. I was not pleased.

It’s been years since I’ve had Erbert & Gerberts, but it was quite good, and very fast. It’s a great place to stop for a quick takeout lunch.
