Wife and I stopped on our way to the Twin Cities to try something new. Right away I was worried because there was only one employee. This young woman was making bread, servicing the drive thru, building door dash orders, all at the same time and all with a smile. That being said, she came through on the sandwiches. Had she had a little more time I think the sandwiches could have had a little more love to them as they were a tad on the small side as far as toppings go, but I’m going to chalk that up to her just being rushed to do a million things alone. The Sandwhich we got, The Flash, was delicious though. Dressing and seasoning popped, the bread was super fresh, all the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. Will definitely try again

No straw the bag, Asked For extra condiments didn’t get them Sandwich is cold Barely any toppings And this isn’t the first time Would ten out of ten not recommend especially for the price that they have. Gave them 3 chances this store is doomed I’ve added pictures to show you what it looks like when they put “extra” on it and it was cold n looked and tasted microwaved no aluminum foil around it… go to Jimmy johns or even subway in my opinion….not worth the prices and all they will do on here is give you an email no one answers….

Erbert and Gerbert’s has been our go to sub shop in town. Recently, however, 5 of the 6 times we’ve visited the establishment, they have been out of essential menu items. Once it was soup. On another visit we were told that they were out of cheese. A subsequent visit required us to visit an alternative restaurant, as they didn’t have the deli meat needed for their Flash sandwich. Today, at 12:30 pm, we were told that they were out of bread, and it would be at least an hour until we could order a sandwich. A sub shop out of bread in the middle of the lunch hour?! Seriously? I sincerely hope that management is made aware of these issues, as I’m concerned it could impact the viability of their business. The next time our family wants subs, I’m tempted to go elsewhere simply to save the time and frustration.

In no way shape or form should you ever order online from this location. I put in a sizeable order for dinner for delivery and after I paid and got an order confirmation number, it was canceled. They also dont have an in house delivery system and rely on door dash, so if you ever think youll get a refund, dont.

Overpriced for what you get. It’s Mid best. 14 bucks for bread, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of meat and 3 pounds of lettuce trying to hide the lack of content.

First time in about 20 years I’ve been to Erbert and Gerbert’s…
And had a fantastic sub even though it was a little sloppy but that’s okay.
The employee that made my sub was courteous and very cordial even though it was about 15 minutes before closing. My only criticism is like most places in the midwest they need to be open much later.
But if I get through town before 11:00
I will be stopping by again

Disclosure:. I stopped just because the name entertained me. I had a great visit. The Mac & Cheese barbeque sandwich was pretty good, and the people working the counter were really nice. No one had issues with me working at a table for a few hours, which I appreciated. Plus, the name is just fun.

I just paid $17 for the thinnest, crappy sandwich I’ve ever had. It was a microwaved beef and bacon thing. I threw it out the window i was so pissed at the sight of this rip off. I ate the extra bread guts and chips and soda. Will never ever go back, everything on the menu is twice the price it should be!

I am at a University sponsored event, and Erbert and Gebert’s gave promotional coupons to stop on by. Unfortunately, we hit them so hard that they were out of bread by 8:00 PM! Harrison was super nice and promised fresh bread in the morning while we were laughing at the results of tonight’s rush.
