I drove 45 minutes from Boston just to try the pica pollo and this was definitely the best pica pollo I have ever had. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Just wow! The ladies are very nice and very accommodating. The wasakaka sauce AMAZING!!!! Will definitely be back for more

I used to enjoy this place because of their tasty chicken, but not anymore. The customer service is terrible. You can be standing in line, and they will serve people who arrived after you. They have no control or organization. The food I received looked like leftovers, and the chicken appeared poorly handled. it didn’t taste fresh like it used to. Very disappointing experience.

Truly disappointed! Awesome taste, for sure, but they exaggerate with the delivery!!! 2 hours wait and the delivery person got just calling the customer for address. Saying “mi amor & corazón” does not cut it. That’s not calming the person down nor giving the money back.
