Nice little spot located in an enriched neighborhood. No wait. Ordered food and drinks and sat down. Food came out pretty quickly. I really enjoyed my meal and I do see myself coming back again. Especially to enjoy a piece of that Pistachio cake, yum!

Quaint place with neat art, tasty food and great service. Highly recommend a window table and grabbing a tray of cookies to indulge in later.

The Pistachio Cake was light and fluffy, the cream in between enhances the Pistachio flavor. The soft flaked white chocolate sweetens the cake and the raspberry’s tartiness made an impeccable pair with the Pistachio flavor. A combo I never knew I needed! The other European Pastries looked amazing, so I took pictures of them but I did not get to try yet

The food is excellent. The Norwegian omelet is unlike any other omelet I’ve eaten in Houston.

Fairly good availability of menu specials. Absolutely wonderful baked goods that are priced very well. Excellent spot for a midday espresso and a light-medium meal. We try to go here as often as possible when around West Gray.

Nestled in the heart of River Oaks within the bustling River Oaks shopping center, this café-persian bakery is an absolute gem. Its quaint charm is evident from the moment you step inside, and the offerings within are nothing short of delightful.

Wanted to try something different besides pastries from La Madeleine, so made a U-turn and came over here. Thought it would be amazing because everything looked so good. Literally got to my car after buying a fruit tart and piece of chocolate cake and couldn’t wait. I picked up the fruit tart and it was so soggy everything fell into mush. I tried to just eat the fruits and it tasted old like it was sitting there for 5 days. At that point I thought maybe the chocolate cake would be better. First bite and the chocolate almost felt like it was grains of sugar and the cake itself was so soggy. I spent $11 on these 2 small items and I regretted not just going to La Madeleine. I would avoid this place if you are looking for quality bakery items!

First time visit. We got lunch and cookies to go. Atmosphere was nice. My favorite was the coffee, rich and dark, the Foccia bread And a coconut macaroon were amazing. The curry dish was ok, felt like it was missing something. I got the shrimp pasta dish. Not very flavorful. The shrimp on both dishes were good size and portions. The sandwiches that we saw going to other tables looked marvelous and we wished we got one. Very disappointed in the cookies. They look beautiful but have no flavor at all.
