I order here quite a bit and I’m always satisfied with my food, but today was highly disappointing. I ordered a 6 pc lemon pepper wing and the bottom of the container was full of oil! It was disgusting and the wings were barely seasoned so I basically had oil flavored wings. I didn’t want to waste my $$ but come on! At least pick the wings out not dump them!

Trash!!!!!!! I spent $45 on strips and 6 bone in wings and a drink through delivery. I got my meals with no drink. My 6 wings were burnt, dry and over cooked to the point where the meat was drawn up and the bone was exposed on a few pieces. I called to complain and the manager said come in we will remake them! Well I took pictures of the wings before I gave them back to make sure they didn’t try to re-drop the same ones. They did just what I thought and it was the same wings. So I went back in and talked to manager. Her exact words were This is how our wings look usually they just looked the same. Then I brought the pictures up and showed her that I know these are the same wings. The first picture is the remade wings supposedly that I got that they tried to trick someone which they were super watery than what they used to be. So it’s no telling what they did to them!!!!
I won’t ever go back there again and as soon as I find corporate’s number or whoever is in charge of that place

Dont try this place unless you love good food. This place just moved a couple of units over to a new section of the building/property, the inside looks great, modern and fresh update is warm and inviting. Big screen TV’s everywhere. Enjoyed early lunch with the usual tenderloin meal, yum. Definitely check out the new setup.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The entire cashier team was unfriendly and rude. They didn’t smile at all, and even when I said thank you, they didn’t bother to respond. Good customer service is important, and unfortunately this place really failed in that area.

Excellent, friendly service with great tasting food!
Allison was very patient and eager to answer our many questions with it being our first time.
The manager even came over and let us know about a fry deal on the app!

This place was the best food and service I have had in a very long time. The heat lvl i chose was perfect, the carrots and celery were fresh and crunchy. The bread sticks are worth the trip alone.
The staff and management are on top of a well organized and clean store. Smiles all around, the crew seemed to like working there.
And, there is an area where you can get a beer on tap. Prices for the portion size were reasonable. All in all just Epic!!

Ordered take out and it was ready by the time it said it would be. Everything was well packed. Ordering on the app is little bit of pain- couldn’t order half-half spice (option wouldn’t work) but hopefully they will fix it, other than that, definitely will be back. Wings were amazing!

I like there food but there policy socks and also customer service wise, before ordering over the phone you have to pay with credit card now there new policy ordering over the phone order has to he over $100 either wise you can’t it’s stupid dumb policy economy it’s already bad and now they pushing pushing customers away.
