The staff was very nice, they had plenty of TVs around the restaurant, but didn’t have the volume up on the game. The food was good and came out within a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of room in the restaurant if you have a bigger party.

We were so excited that one of these opened up closer to us after we moved from Santee…. This is a let down to say the least. There’s a couple chairs mostly empty vapid environment we were going to stay and eat but it was very uninviting. just some old restaurant tables and chairs… I order 4 strips 2 one flavor 2 another was told they couldn’t do that I asked how may I had to order to get 2 flavors the answer was 8… Seems crazy since I could order 2n3 piece meals that are different so I ordered one 3 strip meal and skipped the second flavor. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the male child running the register and then the soda machine had flat soda in it…. Will give it one more shot in a couple weeks to see if maybe this was a fluke but it appears that the money is more important than the customer at this establishment

Cathrine provided the absolute best service! Food was amazing. Tenderloins were moist with plenty of sauce and the breadsticks were 10/10. I made myself a tenderloin sandwich yum!! Big back activities were had!

The manager Jasmine is a timid young girl who has no experience or traits needed to deal with customers. She is not friendly and does not know how to communicate. She offered no apology after my order was forgotten about and then pretended not to hear me when I brought it to her attention. All she said was if I paid by credit, which I did, she’ll credit the meal back to me. And she never did.

To be honest the wings are kinda dry and the breadsticks are really dry. The staff had a gen Z stare and literally was like dissociated. Than they got gave me 3 wings when I ordered a 4 piece combo and so when I went home there was dry bread sticks no vegetable sticks and the chicken was dry. I really wanted to like this place because I’ve tried the Epic Wings in El cajon and it was good but this one wasn’t it. I normally don’t care about the atmosphere or service most of the time but when the food is bad I felt like I should let u guys know.

This is my FAVORITE Epic Wings location. The staff is super sweet, the manager is always so kind and attentive, and the potions are always massive! You truly get your moneys worth. The food is always super fresh, juicy tenders and they’re hella generous with the sauces! Like they DRIP in sauce. Great for big groups, families or just you! 10/10 recomend
