I get out the car to grab my food once I’m home. I find my food wasn’t closed at all and sauce all over the bag. I call to let them know what happened they want me to drive the 20 minutes to return the food to ADD sauce not even replace the meal. I spent 60 dollars for food not a mess or a headache. I originally came here to grab a pack of 6 breadsticks with buffalo sauce. The service was amazing! They had such a sweet girl serving front desk, her name was Angelique, such a joy to talk to. The breadsticks were super warm and delicious though they were incredibly greasy.

Employee named Itzel so the name another employee gave me was Jennifer very very rude after forgetting our family pack breadsticks/ they were not able to put our rewards for the free epic fries.A gentleman with amazing attitude was able to help us not only did she not give us number for our food we waited 23 minutes for it to be set as to go instead to eat inside, im very disappointed on the lady that helped us. I came to the Chula Vista location, but I normally go to the national city location because it’s closer to work, but I had a really good experience and Joselyn Was very helpful and nice. The space was clean and there wasn’t too many people inside, so I kind of dying by myself, but it’s OK I like coming inside honestly because it’s easier to mix my sauces because it’s very hard to do that online

At exactly 8:55 they said I could not eat inside . And they close at 9:30. And at 9:02 they started putting the chairs up in the tables . Honestly horrible . But i guess thats why they work there .lazy people. Will never come back hell with this place and who ever hired these kind of people.
