Had the farmhouse and the cowboy. The farmhouse was 10 out of 10. A secret jewel for sure. The cowboy was a little too sweet for our taste. The Cajun fries were soooo good. They were so soft on the inside. The tables were a bit sticky, and the employees were not very welcoming.

We live in Oak Park, so don’t make it to Epic Burger much anymore. Today we stopped and glad we did. The food was as good as ever, but it was the hospitality that was my reason for creating my first ever google review. Christian was the only person we interacted with during our visit and he was amazing! Big smile, good eye contact and just straight up welcoming in.
I feel hospitality is a dying art and is nearly extinct in quick serve restaurants, but Christian gave me hope. Maybe you can just order a quick bite and still feel like you’re fine dining.

Ordered an Epic Burger, Fries with Cheese Sauce, Chicken tenders with honey mustard, and an Epic Cookie on Uber eats. The burger was great. Flavorful and loaded with sauce. The fries were nothing special and the cheese sauce was a little bland. The chicken tenders were on the smaller side and a little overcooked. And my cookie was forgotten in the order. I would come back for the burger, but pass on getting the other things.

Upscale fast food place, and the most important thing about it is that the burgers are far more substantial than Shake Shack. Sides can be on the pricy end depending on what you get, but they’ve got a nice range of ones other than you standard fries. Only takes credit and debit cards, not cash.

The place looks good. I only ordered Epic Fries (to go); however, it took a long time to get my fries. My order came at the same time the guy who ordered behind me. She delivered his food first, and then she came to me. I wished they were friendlier; it was my first time.

Christian is amazing ! He helped me find my birthday reward after I couldn’t find it. I got a whole meal free for my birthday!! The food was ready faster than Jimmy John’s and the entire staff was super polite professional and friendly. Thank y’all so much !!! The service is not that quick to get your meal, however, everything is being made fresh, so I completely understand it is taking longer. This is not a bad thing. I had the Impossible Burger, and it was very good and tasty. Could tell it was cooked and hot off the grill. It is pretty thin and would like either a double patty or it to be a little bigger but very tasty again. I would recommend this place. It is easily located in a strip mall with free parking. Will definitely be back.

I like the concept of Epic Burger and the inclusiveness it offers for burgers and sandwiches. The restaurant is nice and the staff was exceptional. We had the Beyond Burger and the Chicken So; however for me, the food was underwhelming. I was disappointed at what resulted from this $40 meal for 2 sandwiches, fries, and shakes. I’m going to give it based on the staff , the concept, and that the Mrs enjoyed the Beyond Burger. Personally, I don’t think I’ll return.
