I ordered a beyond burger and was explicit that it was vegetarian and I would like no bacon. They brought it out with bacon on it I emphasized that it was supposed to be vegetarian and they brought it back out instantly after simply removing the meat on my food. You can still see the indentations in the cheese. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a restaurant.

The place looks good. I only ordered Epic Fries (to go); however, it took a long time to get my fries. My order came at the same time the guy who ordered behind me. She delivered his food first, and then she came to me. I wished they were friendlier; it was my first time.

My first time at an Epic Burger today and I was really impressed! Had a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, epic sauce, pickles, caramelized onions, and Jack cheese, all on a wheat bun. Also got their regular fries. It was all really yummy! The gallon of the counter was nice and my food was brought out in about 10 minutes, maybe not even that long.

The burger is pretty good but not best. I got the lunch special- double patties for $10. The sauce is what makes it “epic” and I wish I had extra sauce on there. The person taking my order seemed like he didn’t care but he was able to answer all my questions & was knowledgeable about the menu.

I like the concept of Epic Burger and the inclusiveness it offers for burgers and sandwiches. The restaurant is nice and the staff was exceptional. We had the Beyond Burger and the Chicken So; however for me, the food was underwhelming. I was disappointed at what resulted from this $40 meal for 2 sandwiches, fries, and shakes. I’m going to give it based on the staff , the concept, and that the Mrs enjoyed the Beyond Burger. Personally, I don’t think I’ll return.

The Fries were great and the chicken fingers were good. However, the Epic Burgers were smashed thin, nothing like the pics, and horribly Dry, with crumbling crunchy edges!

Service was great. Ebony was the took my order and her energy was great. Spoke to me like I was a close friend of hers. I actually was thinking of eating at MOD Pizza right next door, I was just stepping in to see what the menu and price was at Epic Burger. The reception from Ebony made me stay and dine with them.

I’ve been to this Epic Burger a few times and it’s always been great except the last time. I had the usual burger with lettuce, onion, tomato, blue cheese and sweet potato fries. About an hour later tho I was extremely sick and it all came out. I don’t know what it was but my hunch is the blue cheese because it would be hard to tell if it had gone bad. Definitely be careful when you go here. Be sure to bring a credit card as well as they don’t accept cash anymore. On the other hand Epic Burger claims it uses ethically sourced beef and is halal. It’s nice to see fast food joints switching to better ingredients and other dietary needs. Plus their sweet potato waffle fries are actually very delicious and their prices are reasonable. After my last experience, however, I’m gona try and find a new burger spot.
