We found this place while checking out the Magnificent Mile. Just a block off from the main street was this awesome spot. Warm greeting as we entered the place. We were feeling like a burger after trying the typical Chicago must trys the previous few days. This place did not disappoint. Ordered three build your own combo meals. These guys nailed smash burgers. The patties were very thin with just the right amount of that char that makes smash burgers pop. Great selection of fresh and grilled toppings to chose for the burgers. The fries were fantastic. Those of us that ordered the Cajun option were very impressed. There was an option for a cheese dip for the fries. Try This! It was almost like a spicy queso. Dipping the Cajun fries in this was so tasty. Pop/soda was great and not watered down. Can’t believe there was also one near our hotel that we didn’t see until we left. Can’t wait to eat here again. We can only describe this place in one word – EPIC!

Antonio truly had great customer service. I had so many questions about what came on the menu items and he answered all of them. Told me that they do it “the Epic way”. You guys just gained a frequent customer. (And the burger was way better than chik fil a!)

Food and service was great. Burger was about average. Cooked fresh, so was nice and juicy. Staff not only brought the burger to my table, but they came back to check on how I was doing AND took my trash for me. Felt like I was eating at a proper sit-down restaurant.

Antonio made our trip here epic. Helped us with recommendations and overall made the experience that much more memorable. Great food but it was the staff that made this experience truly special. If you are not sure what to get ask Antonio and he will help you build the best burger you have ever had. Thank you to Antonio and the rest of the staff at Epic Burger for making our first visit something we will never forget.

I have carried out from the Gold Coast Epic Burger location on a fair number of occasions over the part year – 15ish times – and it is always a great experience. The food is good but in this message my compliments go to the staff.
They are excellent. Always friendly and helpful but still efficient and professional. And never once has anything been incorrect with an order – I order in a lot and cannot say this about any other restaurant, from any price point, with whom I have done this volume of business.
This is good service on any standard but for a faster-food venue it is truly exceptional. I am not sure what Epic Burger is doing to create this situation (hopefully it involves paying the staff a good wage) but please keep doing it.

As I walked into Epic Burger, I was immediately drawn in by the friendly atmosphere and the promise of a great meal. After placing my order, I asked for the bathroom key, and that’s when the magic happened.
Antonio, the staff manager member who helped me, asked if it was my first time at the restaurant. I replied that it was, and he smiled. He handed me the key and gave me directions to the bathroom, but not just any directions. Oh no, these were EPIC directions.
He told me to make a left, then a right, and then to take the elevator to the 17th floor. But that was just the beginning. He warned me that as I stepped out of the elevator, a bridge would appear, and as I crossed it, TWO DRAGONS would emerge from the shadows, guarding the bathroom door. My only hope was to defeat them in battle, and claim my reward: a clean and comfortable bathroom experience.
I was taken aback by the comedy of it all, but then I looked up and saw the bathroom sign, plain as day, just a few feet away. I burst out laughing at the ridiculousness of it all, and I knew right then and there that I was in for a treat.
10 STAR SERVICE, hands down! The staff at Epic Burger know how to bring the laughs and the good vibes, and I am HERE. FOR. IT!

I just had the most epic experience at Epic Burger, and I’m still reeling from the energy! I walked in, and Antonio greeted me with a huge smile and infectious enthusiasm. I was so caught up in the moment that I didn’t even notice my wallet was missing… until my dad called me to say that ANTONIO HAD RETURNED IT TO HIM, COMPLETE WITH ALL MY CARDS!
I’m talking full-on, cinematic, slow-motion, superhero-style wallet return. I didn’t even know it was gone, and Antonio swooped in to save the day like a burger-loving Batman!

Burgers are consistently good here, and the French fries are ALWAYS served up piping hot and seasoned nicely. Plenty of seating at this convenient location. I found the dining area to be clean on our visit. So yes, I will keep coming back to Epic Burger!
