The absolute BEST burgers and chicken sandwiches. Phenomenal.
I was skeptical at first because it wasn’t packed, but walking in — it was spotless. The manager, Karlos, was incredibly friendly, patient, and gave us great recommendations.
The burger? Genuinely the best I’ve ever had — better than In-N-Out.
For my chicken sandwich, I got the hot honey (they said it was popular and I didn’t believe them… until I tried it). The flavor combination was insane. I don’t even like coleslaw or pepper jack cheese, and somehow I didn’t notice either because everything blended so well. Nothing was overpowering — just super balanced and flavorful.
The fries were thick and perfectly crispy. They serve Pepsi products. The cookies were sweet and fresh. Great selection overall.
$40 for two full meals — very reasonable for the quality.
Definitely worth checking out.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Ordering is simple. The dining area was clean and spacious.
The food was mediocre. The burger had a very thin patty and was not that tasty.
The cajun fries were too salty. It was my only meal of the day but despite the hunger, I was not able to force myself to finish the very salty fries.
The chocolate shake was good. I would give the Shake 5 stars, the burger 3 stars and the fries no stars.

1st time Vista to Epic Burger and I truly was not disappointed with the food I purchased. Chicken tenders are exceptional with lots of flavor.

Putting aside the plain unhealthy nature of the food, it’s easy to see why it is so popular. Burgers are tasty and substantial, fries are crunchy, roomy seating area, and the staff is efficient and friendly. There are happy hour specials with fries only $1.99 and burgers 5.99. Great place for a meal alone or with a large group of friends.

I usually get my order from the old orchard location and it’s always been a perfect experience. Unfortunately I somehow messed up and ordered from the Evanston location. This was the driest nastiest burger I’ve ever had. The whole outside was burnt, the patty crumbled in your hand. They put the ketchup, mustard and mayo under the tomato instead of the dried out burger. Not sure how the same chain of restaurant that gets the same ingredients and product and yet still be so off in taste. I most definitely will be triple checking pickup location from now on. The guy at the register was nice though..
