Service and atmosphere are 5 stars. Javier, our server was wonderful and made the meal more enjoyable! There is an excellent outdoor seating area with amazing views. The corn bread bites are addicting. The salmon and pasta were solid dishes. The hummus appetizer was good—the pitas should have been warmed. I had an old fashioned…which was good. The bar should be using a single large ice cube for these drinks. We took some desserts to go and enjoyed the chefs take on Tiramisu. I would recommend.

Nice elegant atmosphere with great unpretentious service. Mike was fantastic, very attentive. I chose the short rib and I’m glad I did. The meat was so tender, and mixed well with the perfectly cooked risotto and carrots. Delicious. For dessert I had the tiramisu, some of the best. Baked bananas on top (surprisingly fitting and worked well) with layers of cocoa and coffee.
Also, if you are a whiskey lover, try the split decision drink.

Not cheap (thus the one less star). But holy cow was the outdoor dining beautiful! The jalapeño margarita is delicious and the little bit of duck was perfectly cooked.

Almost perfect experience. 12 people, good ambiance, great food, decent cocktails, and fantastic service from Oscar. The food took forever but came out hot and fresh. The shishito peppers are a must as well as the mango sorbet… together? Brilliant. Valet guys were the best. The views in daylight are unparalleled.

The atmosphere is drab and un inviting. The staff is trying but needs help understanding customer service. When I had dinner it was not crowded but our waitress did not seem to have time to check on us. Or order sat on the counter for at least 10 min before she noticed and brought it to us. The cesear salad was very wet and the added chicken was very dry and it had no flavor. The wedge salad was equally terrible. The bacon was over cooked, the lettuce was limp and the cucumbers were old. Very disappointing!

The food was delicious for most of what I and my group ordered. Also beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. There is an outside dining area with heaters, as well as a small bar area in addition to the main dining room. The cocktails and mocktails were divine! Great selection of menu items with vegetarian/vegan options as well. The beans I had were slightly over salted, and the spinach salad could have used more goat cheese, strawberries, and the specialized candied pecans than what they provided. It was a great salad just not enough of those ingredients. The desserts were also quite amazing. On the whole this is a great restaurant to try!

Beautiful restaurant setup, with a great view of the interior courtyard of the resort, with a stunning backdrop of Push Ridge. Javier, our server, was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The food was pretty good, I would not hesitate to dine here, especially if you are staying in the resort. While the Queso Fundido draws you in, I would pass, it’s just a glorified chip and queso dip, and order the Sishito Peppers, trust me! The Veggie Enchiladas are rolled tacos, but the corn tortillas are gluten free and the flavor is delicious! Highly recommend the Churro Dulce De Leche tacos, they are a must! You will definitely enjoy your experience, and plan to dinner on the patio, if the weather cooperates!

We’ve eaten here twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times the food was tasty. My favorite dish is the vegetarian stuffed pepper while my husband prefers the strip steak. The first time we went the service was just so so. The second time, however, the service was to notch. When we left we spent some time in the lobby enjoying the piano playing.

While staying at the El Conquistador I ate here twice. The first night I was seated at the bar and had their pear and hibiscus salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious. The second night I was joined by a friend for dinner I had their short rib tacos and the meat was incredibly salty. He had the pork chops which were amazing and cooked perfectly. As a note, if you want to sit on the patio, make sure you have a reservation. They will not seat you outside without one. We got there right as it was opening, but because we didn’t have a reservation, they wouldn’t seat us on the patio. However, there were tons of open tables on the patio the entire time we were there eating and even after we left, so not sure why it was such a big deal if they didn’t have actual reservations booked for that time to put somebody there. Other than the host being weird about the patio, the waiter and the bartender on both nights were very nice and helpful. It’s a little on the pricey side, but not a surprise for a resort I would definitely go back for the salad, but not so much for the short rib tacos. We also had the maple torte which was incredibly sweet, and the cake was a little too dense. Not my favorite but if you really like maple it would be a decent option.

I can’t have spice, jalapeños and so on, and that includes black pepper. I told the server no spice but forgot to mention pepper. The food was so good but there was too much black pepper for me. Our waiter got me a glass of milk and profusely apologized. I’d still recommend their food. Oh and I got a Prickly Pear margarita; it was soo good, nice and smooth. Everyone else in our party loved their meals. My youngest got a Basque cheesecake with carmel sauce for dessert and loved it. The tiramisu was fabulous. We had reservations for Sunday dinner so it was pretty quiet since most folks had already checked out of the hotel.
