The kimbap here took me back to my childhood, being at a friend’s house and eating fresh kimbap his mom just made.
The freshness and flavor cannot be beat. The amount of food you are getting is a very good deal for the price. Don’t worry about not seeing samples out, just order and enjoy! There’s no samples because everything is made fresh to order!

Incredible kimbap. We ordered one bulgogi beef and one pork. They made them fresh on the spot. Far and above the best I have ever had, and only $8 per kimbap. I hope these folks do really well. They’re so friendly and everything was outstanding.

Have had many a kimbap but this one is the best, by a whole 9 yards. The hal-abeoji and the halmeoni make everything fresh to order and the care that they give in doing so sure makes each ingredients flavor shine through. Will drive 30 mins just to get it again and again!

I think this might the best kimbap I’ve had. I’m no kimbap expert though, so take that with a grain of salt. I got the bulgogi, tofu, spicy pork. I liked the bulgogi and spicy pork and my wife says she would get the tofu again. I’ll definitely try the others next time I’m grocery shopping.

Amazing kim bap. The shop is located inside of Kam Man, just past the inner entrance. So far I’ve tried the bulgogi, the spicy pork, the tofu, and the kimchi. I love that each one is delicious in its own way and it’s always so fresh! The couple that run the shop are also wonderful people.
I live out of state, but whenever I’m back in Quincy and want a light to-go meal (or I just get two and make it a meal-meal), I make it a point to go to Eomma Taste!

The kimbap is fresh, generously stuffed, delicious and best of all so affordable! The kitchen is neat and clean, and the owners are very sweet people. Highly recommend – please skip the cold, stale stuff at Hmart and come here!

SO GOOD. The amount of meat is generous and every bite has a perfect balance of flavors. Just like everyone else, I found the owners very sweet and kind as well 🙂 I really enjoyed watching my roll get made right in front of me! I hope more people start realizing that it’s worth a visit to Kam Man just to have this kimbap.
