We’ve been here a couple of times and the service and food have been great. I like the Lazy Chicken and being able to buy a single Kobe beef rib and my wife likes the Pulled Pork and Brisket.

They have quite a selection of beers especially blondes.

The last time we went we sat in the outside area which was nice and open and was very relaxing.

It’s great to have a BBQ spot like this in Encinitas again, especially one that gets the little things right. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

Stopped here for a late lunch since it’s newly opened and close to our The parking is around small shops near the McDonald’s so you might have to search around, but you will find a parking spot.

When we arrived, we were greeted and seated immediately in a booth. Our server was bright and cheery and made recommendations and the food was delicious.

Looking at the menu, you can see there’s an extensive amount of food with four pages of menu items as well as happy hour items. Also there’s an extensive beer, wine and cocktail list. The beer list is all on tap and is a huge selection like a brewery.

We ordered the baby back ribs combo and we’re able to substitute in different things without any issues. We split this meal and it was it was more than enough for both of us as we had a medium hunger level. The ribs were moist and fell off the bone as we were eating them. This is definitely a place that we would want to return to based. Prices are fair and the restaurant is big enough to see a lot of people. There are TVs so you can watch sports with the family. While we only saw one family in the place because we were there at an off time this is a very kid friendly place.

I would highly recommend going to this restaurant if you need to get your barbecue on and fill that empty stomach with great ribs. Will be back.

Unfortunately this was a disappointing meal for us. We had been awaiting for this place to open and we went there the night before my birthday to try it out. The meat looked old, underdone, and tasted weird. I ordered the brisket plate and it didn’t look like brisket meat at all! The fat hadn’t even been rendered. It was strange. My kids liked the wings and my husband liked the ribs but even those were not really great when I tried them. I had asked for sauce on the side and when I was not eating my food they took it back to “fix” it, they fried it with the sweet BBQ sauce which I hate so it was actually even worse! I left hungry, came home and ate something from the fridge. Unfortunately I would not recommend it.

Great pulled pork plate, solid slaw, and fries. Beer tap list is top notch and a really good line up of spirits. Sports galore on multiple TV’s as this is the old B-DUBs.

Not too special here. Loved the Oceanside location, so decided to try Encinitas. But was very disappointed. Dry and overcooked chicken wings. American Feast was OK/pretty average. French fries was overcooked.

Found plastic wrap in my salad. So there’s that.

I feel like the quality definitely was not brought down from Oceanside. Likely won’t go here often, if at all.

Favorite part was the pulled pork. The trip tip was okay, both tri tip and ribs had a bit too much fat for me. Nice place to come watch sports with friends and have a couple drinks and light meal. I’ll come back to try something different instead of what I first got the Sampler. I’d like to try their other things like pulled chicken instead. The sweet potato frie, beans and corn bread were really good! The service was really good everyone was attentive and friendly.

First time eating at Enzo’s, and unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience.
When we walked in, no one was at the counter, so we waited as the sign instructed. A server saw us and said someone would be right with us, but we continued waiting — even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and there were plenty of open tables. We waited long enough that another group who came in after us ended up going to look for a hostess themselves.

Eventually, two people came out and seated us. Our server took our order, and the food came out quickly, but the quality wasn’t great. I ordered the mushroom burger, which was greasy, and my daughter’s pasta was bland.

We gave it a try, but between the lack of service and the disappointing food, we won’t be returning.

The BBQ was okay, but nothing special. The place has potential, but the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. The flavors were a bit underwhelming and the portions didn’t feel worth the price. The staff was friendly, though, and the location is convenient. Overall, not terrible — just not something I’d go out of my way for.

If you want amazing food and great ambiance, look no further! Enzo’s is the place to go. I am a HUGE fan of their flatbreads and pizzas – the crust never disappoints. You can tell this family puts a lot of effort and love into everything they do. I have tried other things on the menu, their pastas are also really good. Can’t wait to go back.
