We went last night for a combo birthday/Valentine’s celebration. Did not disappoint. Fantastic food the Burrata was amazing! The charcuterie boards was also very good. 2 had the Greek lemon chicken soup. I had the Greek salad, it was good I just wish it had been presented in a larger bowl to be able to get all items in each bite. Eggplant was in point. The side of pasta was enough to share. The spaghetti and meatballs were also a hit. My husband had the steak, he said it was delicious. We got a few desserts to share. The winner was the lemon curd donuts! We will definitely make the drive to River Walk again.

This place is great. I’ve been a few times and my wife meets a friend quite often to dine here.
We took my brother and his wife who were visiting from out of town for KC Restaurant Week brunch. My brother and sister-in-law loved it.
Wilson was our server and he was fantastic!

First time at Enzo and I would definitely go back. Stopped in for Happy Hour on a Wednesday. Started with the red sangria which was good, but not great. Ordered the Spicy Feta Dip. I very much enjoyed it. The fresh vegetables were a nice balance with the pita bread and crunchy bread slices. The feta dip had a nice spiciness the lingered in 5he background. The service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Enzo is a fantastic spot for dinner in Kansas City’s River Market—elevated yet comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening with great food and conversation. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, striking that ideal balance between upscale and inviting.

We tried a variety of dishes and loved every one of them. The bucatini with shrimp was a standout—perfectly cooked pasta with a light, flavorful sauce and tender shrimp that added a fresh, satisfying touch. The rigatoni bolognese was rich and hearty, exactly what you’d hope for in a classic Italian comfort dish. The moussaka brought a flavorful Mediterranean twist to the meal, with layers of perfectly seasoned meat and eggplant baked into a warm, satisfying dish. We also ordered a side of meatballs, and they didn’t disappoint—tender, well-seasoned, and a great addition to the table.

Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, allowing us to enjoy our meal and conversations without interruption. Enzo is the kind of place where you can settle in and enjoy great food, great drinks, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. It’s a gem in the River Market and one we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend!

We stopped here for a weeknight dinner and dined on the patio. We were able to easily secure a same day reservation and appreciated the friendly service and menu recommendations. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and although it was good, I wish it had been served with a side of pasta rather than just the entree. They also don’t serve any bread to the table, which would be a nice touch. I also tried the amaretto cookies, and they were great. Overall a good experience here, we would return!

Stopped by Enzo for dinner and ordered the herb roasted chicken, eggplant fries, and a Spanish spritz. The chicken was moist and flavorful with a nice blend of herbs. The eggplant fries had a great crunch and came with a tasty sauce that really brought it all together. The spritz was refreshing and not too sweet, perfect for a summer evening. Loved the food and the relaxed vibe of the place.

Had a couple hours left on my parking downtown after checking out of the hotel, so we hopped on the streetcar to come down for a pre-departure beverage. Peroni on tap and a house limoncello sparkle were delightful. I’ll be back to try the fare the next time I’m in town.

This has become one of favorite stops for Happy Hour, Dinner, or Brunch. The staff is friendly and the owners have been great to get to know a bit. Happy Hour has been focused on a good wine and the Spicy Feta Dip or the Eggplant Frites appetizers. For dinner, still exploring the menu but the Carbonaro was tasty. Brunch has been my favorite time their though with the best eggs benedict I have ever had. Lost sleep thinking about having it again.

This is a must stop and try!

Enzo has become our favorite River Market weekend dining spot.
The staff, ambience, food and Happy Hour specials are fantastic.
Our go to server is Riley. Extremely knowledgeable about wine/food pairings, daily specials with an outgoing, fun personality.

Enzo’s HH drink prices are from the 1980s. A vodka/soda for $4.50? Very nice wines from $6-$8/glass…the shareable starters are imaginative and varied.
The Italian dishes are along the lines of Garozzo’s and will definitely feed 2 people.
The Branzino fish entree is amazing.

During spring/summer/fall, their outdoor seating is shaded and comfortable. The clientele is as diverse as you’d find at Harry’s or Muni, and you’ll be immersed in groups of young, old, dressed up, dressed down…a cross section of KC. Easy parking in the market lot (free). The bar area is very cool if you want to have a drink before heading to a Current game. The combination of food/service/ambience/convenience/prices and imaginative drink/food menus can’t believe topped.
This is a relatively unknown KCMO gem.
You won’t regret giving them a shot if you’re looking for something different than the chains or bars or expensive Plaza spots. Fun neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance.

Enzo Bistro and Wine Bar seems to want to be a Greek restaurant, based on the menu selections. It was hopping busy and noisy on the Thursday evening that my wife and I stopped while passing through K.C. The clientele looked to be mostly a younger set and I noticed that everyone was drinking wine, even though many had beer and cocktails as well, so apparently it’s reputation is based on the wine. The service was OK. My wife loved the eggplant Parmigiana, particular that the eggplant was not overly breaded. My salad Nicoise was disappointing. It was served Cobb-style, with the marinated greens in the center surrounded by potatoes, tuna, cherry tomatoes, olives, and an under-cooked “hard” boiled egg. The greens and their marinade were quite good, but the remaining ingredients, not getting the marinade, were dry. The potatoes were particularly tasteless.
