Im sorry but this is NOT a review from a friend lol…we just moved to area from New Orleans and thought we would give it a try….SO SHOCKED because Etouffe IS NOT DARK or watery and the gumbo….NOOOOO I wish when people say they sell CAJUN or CREOLE food it does NOT come from a jar and add water…im sorry but NOTHING here surpasses the taste buds for southern…but…they did have good frozen stuffed pork loin!
