Entwined Wine and Cocktail Bar is a classic wine bar with a modern twist. We have an extensive wine list and a chef that focuses on wine and cocktail pairing with a seasonal tapas menu. Our lead bartender is a grade A mixologist who will be curating a custom cocktail list while still being able to craft high quality versions of all the tried and true boozy favorites you know and love. We have a small, dedicated and, most importantly, educated service staff that will be able to expertly guide you through the best meal you have ever had in downtown Evansville!

Popped into Entwined last week for an impromptu cocktail date with a couple girlfriends! We were warmly greeted at the host stand and picked our seats at the bar! The bartender, Kevin, greeted us quickly and kindly. He had some great cocktail recommendations, we each got something different and tried each others, everything was outstanding. We ended up ordering a few small bites as well, and an incredible dessert! Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and well balanced. I absolutely should have taken pics so y’all could see the artistry. The atmosphere felt upscale without being stuffy. Every part of the experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left felt like we were among friends. I really look forward to adding this to my regular rotation! If you haven’t tried Entwined yet, you’re missing out! I truly love the atmosphere here. It’s a perfect environment to catch up with friends or even meet for a potential date — warm, inviting, and comfortable.
Unfortunately, our experience with the service was uneven. It started off great, but since we were dining mid-week and larer, there was an extended wait before our food was delivered to the table. When I mentioned my concern about the delay, the service became noticeably less friendly and less consistent.
When our main courses arrived, they did not meet expectations. My salmon was dry and not warm. It seemed as though it may have been sitting for a while, similar to the delay we experienced with the appetizer. Given the price point of the meal, I anticipated a higher level of quality and attentiveness.
The restaurant has so much potential, and I truly enjoyed the ambiance. Perhaps it was simply an off night or an issue with timing and staffing. I would be open to giving it another try, but this visit felt uneven overall.

We’ve been around the world and sampled delicious food and wine and were surprised to find such a great place in Evansville, Indiana. We enjoyed the service (Abby), very attentive. and even had the pleasure of talking with the owner (Morgan) who helped us decide on a wine to pair with a charcuterie board.
We highly recommend the scallops risotto, as well as the Ahi Tuna Tataki dish. Lastly, for dessert, we had Affogato, which was absolutely delicious and highly recommend not leaving without tasting it!

Such a great vibe. Locals and travellers alike find friendly faces, TERRIFIC food and the most amazing Pistacho Cake. Do NOT sleep on this menu. Everything is beautifully executed and nicely plated. More than a wine bar, their food is top notch and prepared under the watchful and attentive eye of Chef Michael Hite. You’ll find fun bartenders and great servers at this nifty nook on Main Street just steps from the riverfront.

My wife and I came here for a dinner date. We were pleased with the experience. They have a great wine selection (as expected) and some cocktails/mixed drinks. My wife enjoyed her wine selections and recommendations. I tried their “303” mixed drink with whiskey and elderflower liqueur. I’d recommend it . Their small plates/cheese/charcuterie boards were well presented. Prices are elevated but so is the service and quality. We tried sopressata, capicola and duck prosciutto. We really liked the duck prosciutto. Highly recommended. For cheese we tried the Italian Truffle, English Pickwick and the bellavitano they had in stock. I liked the Pickwick and the truffle cheese. The truffle cheese had a fairly strong earthy and barny flavor to it, for those who may want to try it (or avoid it). We also did their seared tuna plate which was excellent and finished it off with a French lime custard. I’d recommend this as a good date place, the decor and ambiance was really nice. Staff was great, we had no issues. We look forward to a return!

The food here is yummy. The wine is priced a little high but the resteraunt is cute and the atmosphere is a vibe. If your into a little more upscale night out then this is your spot. It is a great place for a drink with friends or maybe even a hot date. Come in and try it out!

My husband and I had our elopement celebration dinner here at Entwined Wine & Cocktail Bar. First of all, we were surprised at how non-communicative other restaurants were to us when we first vetted other establishments. However, Morgan of Entwined was very quick to respond to my emails and provided thorough information on holding private events. At no point was he pushy and he answered all my various questions in a timely manner and was very flexible. Morgan and his team communicated very well throughout the planning process and we appreciated their openness to our ideas, from the layout of the tables, to sourcing oysters just for us! Everything went even better than we expected on the night of our dinner party. I am also happy to report that the food was perfect! Chef Michael did a superb job, from the appetizers to our entrees and he, too, was very flexible with our vision of the menu for the night. And of course I must note that the bartenders (especially Kevin!) and servers were excellent and attentive as well (definitely recommend getting espresso martinis here!) We are so happy we decided to have our dinner and celebration at Entwined.

Savior for our evening! We tried to go to the Collective but the entrance was confusing and they ended up being closed for a private party but there were no signs anywhere. Kind of left a bad taste in our mouth so we went over to Entwined.
Some street parking and the place was packed. We got lucky and was able to get a seat after waiting about 10 minutes. Michael who was manning the front came over and ended up taking care of us. I ordered the Cherry on Top Chambong which was really good and a fun thing to drink. I also ordered the Jewel which was a wine cocktail and it was also really good, similar to a sangria. My boyfriend ordered the Jim Dandy which was also delicious. We ordered a second drink later on – The Monarch which was also good but very strong.
For food, we ordered the Truffled Mushroom Flatbread, Shrimp Cake Sliders, Brisket Barbacoa Tacos, and Tuna Tartare. The truffle Mushroom Flatbread was the best and packed with flavor. I also loved the shrimp cake Sliders and Tuna tartare. They were delicious and the Sliders had a great crisp on the shrimp cake. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of were the tacos. The meat was a little dry.
Loved the place, it had a great atmosphere and friendly service. Good food and drinks. Definitely recommend and it turned our night around!
