i literally adored the pho!!! It was great, with its sauces that you can add and make it spicier. The meat was tender and sliced perfectly. It was a perfect dinner and i really recommend it if you do not want anything fried and try a new cuisine!

A good Vietnamese restaurant in the shopping area. I tried the pho again. But the noodles were not in whole piece and could only be eaten by spoon.

Delicate, nuanced, modern Vietnamese cuisine. I have traveled around the world, always searching for the best Vietnamese restaurants: US, Vietnam, Europe. This tiny jewel was by far the most impressive of them all. Each dish was quiet and concise, honoring its country of origin yet embracing the understated sophistication of Paris. The flavors are subtle, but complex enough, demanding your attention. Rather than a shout, each bite is like a whisper, a hum, each note considered, and slowly.

No doubt a five-star out of five stars

Among all the french restaurants in Paris, it was really nice to have something Asian with a food portion of soup. So the pho became our first choice here.

We’re lucky to take the four-man table near the kitchen right after we visited the Louvre; one of the staff (the only one who speaks English ) gave us a warm welcome and helped us order.

We had three phos, one Vietnamese hamburger, and one fried roll plate to share. The classic pho it offered was superb, the beef was so tender with a bit of beautiful color of light blood, you can taste the freshness of the meat.

Wrap the fried roll with lettuce leaf and dip the traditional sauce to enjoy the freshly-fried hot, crunchy texture and the sour and sweet flavor.

In terms of the Vietnamese hamburger, it was the first time to try the fried wonton skin as the burger cover. Totally new experience but impressed.

I also like how they make efforts in details such as the exterior of the restaurant (red look with large glass window), the delicate plates we used and even on the wall!

Recommended to all!!

Vietnamese done well.
Toned down Vietnamese with subtle flavours yet still being authentic enough.

Ordered
Say my nem –
Both – Fried Chicken Spring Rolls
– Fried Veggie Spring Rolls
Bahn Cuon – steamed dumplings
Bahn Nam – shrimp dumpling in banana leaf
Bo Beef – lemongrass beef rice vermicelli noodles
Pho Soup – beef noodle soup

All dipping and dressing sauces were subtle with mild fish sauce notes and tang. All dishes were well balanced.

The waiter was the only one who could speak English and he was very helpful and friendly. He was also the only serving staff.

Unless you are prepared to eat later, reservation is a must.

Delicious, authentic Vietnamese Food. I believe the preparation is more akin to Northern Vietnamese Cuisine. We had Banh Cuon, Bun, Pho and Wok Noodles and we enjoyed every dish.

Excellent service. Food a little bit bland with the exception of very good vegetarian nems. Bathroom is literally in the kitchen

My husband and I went here after seeing a friend’s post. Her photos looked so good that I had to come try it. Recently moved to Paris, I often find myself wanting Vietnamese food (a mix of homesickness for my typical comfort food). Lately I’ve been to a few Vietnamese places around town and was eager to try this one.

We arrived on a Monday afternoon about 12:30pm with no reservation. The place is small and dark but it has that “fancy” feasting feeling. We got seated right away at a two too that was very close to the next couple. The menu had some of my favorite dishes. We selected shrimp dumplings to start (4 in an order, small but delicious), husband got Bo Bun (just ok) and I got Hu Tieu with beef (pretty good but would of liked more flavor). The Hu Tieu’s beef was very tasty though. I could really taste the lemongrass in the beef. But wish they offered some spicy condiment just to kick up the flavor of the dishes. For dessert we got the Che Chuoi and tofu with ginger syrup. Both of the desserts were very good.

I gave this place four stars because yes the service is nice, good timing, menu has good items, cozy ambiance and nicely presented food but I did feel it was a little pricey for the portion and dish. You could easily go a couple minutes down the road and get the same thing, bigger portion for a cheaper price. I think here, you pay for the location, presentation and ambiance. Starters are around €7-€10, entrees about €12-€14 and desserts €7 (approximations). Would I go back? Probably not but it was nice to try the place! I personally just prefer a more authentic place with more authentic ambiance.

Incredibly good food. In Vancouver we have amazing Vietnamese restaurants, and we finally have found some outside of there that are just as good! Very friendly staff, run by a very nice family!
