Great waitstaff, tasty food with excellent and colorful presentation. The chocolate cake with heath bar crumbs was amazing!
Edit: came back and again had a 5 star experience. The Chilean sea bass, Tomahawk pork chop, vodka pasta with grilled chicken, spicy tuna crispy rice, crab cake were amazing! Our waiter Paris remembered us from last time and was just a delight!

My husband and I celebrated our 19 year wedding anniversary at Entourage and I’m so glad we did. Paris, helped us throughout our dinner and his service was impeccable! He made some great suggestions for starters, like the calamari and deviled eggs. He made us laugh throughout our dinner. I had the hangar steak and lobster, both cooked right and were delicious. My husband had the Sea Bass and he absolutely loved it. The ambiance is so nice in there. We love the decor. We are definitely coming back to try other menu items. We have already told our family and friends about this gem!

It took a while to be seated. One family in front of us, but lots of looking at the screen and discussion among the host team to decide where we should sit.
Once seated it was a while before our server greeted us. When he did he was kind, helpful and knew the menu well.
Started with French Onion Soup. The taste was great. The crock it was in made it hard to eat. Soup spills out easily as you break through the cheese and bread.
Our entrees were good. Prepared as the menu stated.

We visited Entourage as a party of 12 on a busy night. The space itself was clean and inviting, and I could tell the staff was doing their best to accommodate a lot of large groups. That said, the overall experience ended up being just average for me.
The food was fine but nothing memorable. Unfortunately, my husband’s order was incorrect, and it seemed like his very specific allergy and dietary requests were completely overlooked, which was frustrating. To add to that, we were charged tax and gratuity based on the incorrect amount on the bill. The individual we spoke to about it initially suggested the error was due to a miscalculation on our end. Eventually, after doing the math they acknowledged the error on their end and blamed their system (??).
Service was another area that fell short. We felt rushed and cramped at the table, and the main server made a point of scolding us for using the wrong place setting—something that only happened because too many people were squeezed into the space. Most interactions were met with a frown when we made requests, and it wasn’t until payment time that the tone suddenly became friendlier.
I understand it was a busy evening and that the staff was under pressure, but for many of us it was our first visit, and the experience didn’t leave a strong impression. Because of this, I ended up canceling a reservation for 10 we had the following week and moved it to another venue. While the atmosphere was nice, the food and service ultimately fell flat for me.

I’ve been here a few times and I always order the Mad Rose cocktail, unfortunately tonight something was off and it did not have the pink color it normally does and did not taste the same as all the other times I have ordered it. They remade it but still wasn’t the same. I ordered the focaccia, calamari, lobster bisque soup, and the heath chocolate cake. All were very good. I’ll be back but I’ll try a different cocktail next time.

The sacchetti was AMAZING! But there was one lady at the front (probably host manager) who went above and beyond by offering to hand write my an order to go. Our reservations were originally for 8:45pm but we arrived at 6:10pm. One of the hosts shared we would not be seated until closer to our reservation time (seem pretty firm on punctual reservations), but we opted to sit at the bar. Great service at the bar and all around!

Delicious happy hour. Great prices!! We sat at the high tops in the bar area. Nice environment. Loved the flowers hanging from the roof. Beautiful bar area.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I want to highlight a few aspects while also suggesting some areas for improvement. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I appreciated the contemporary interior design, which added to the overall experience.
We were there for a work dinner with my coworkers, and we enjoyed everything, especially the desserts. The old-fashioned cocktail was exceptional, and I found the Angel cocktail to be subtle and beautifully presented.
However, I did notice a couple of things that could enhance future visits. It would be great if the outdoor staff could be a bit more patient, considering the nature of a work dinner, as it felt a little rushed when it came to ordering drinks and packing plates. Additionally, I appreciate that our server, Paris, was proactive in packing my plate, but a heads-up before he did so would have been preferred.
We also asked Paris to take pictures of our group, but unfortunately, they didn’t turn out as well as we had hoped. I’ve noticed that female servers tend to capture better photos, so perhaps more attention could be paid to that aspect.
Overall, the food was amazing, and the cocktails were delightful. I’m looking forward to returning and hope to see some improvements in the service!

Celebrated my bday here with my husband he had steak with crispy potatoes and I had the orange glazed salmon with Parmesan risotto. Everything we ordered was really good. Only complaint is our table was very close to two other tables. We were in a long booth. Next time I will request a high top.

The service was wonderful, we sat at the Bar area, and the bartenders were the best, can’t brag enough about the service they provided, and the perfect Martini drinks they made. The food was delicious, my steak was perfect, tender, and juicy. I will definitely be back and have already told others good good the service and food, and drinks are. Oh and I can’t brag enough about the dessert. Entourage Naperville is highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
