Had a work party there Sat. We had a private area with the bowling lanes. Nice place, great servers. Only problem was it was 40 below zero in there! We WERE FROZEN! Asked them to turn up the heat and was told the GM did but only 2 degrees and he left forb the night.
It was like -20 outside this night. We had to wear our coats! Food was not good and shocker COLD! I would not recommend this place in winter. Might be fine in summer but I won’t be returning! Ruined the event for all of us!

Hello, this review totally isn’t six months late. Anyways, let’s get into it.
The food was good. It wasn’t perfect perfect but it was four stars. I understand since this place is an arcade. So I wouldn’t expect it to be good.
But what it lacks in, it makes up for. And I mean the service was perfect. The employees checking up on us making sure we didn’t need anything.
The atmosphere was cool. It was nice to see the arcade and the restaurant kind of become one even though they’re on separate sides but it’s still a good five star atmosphere.
Overall, I would recommend coming here as it’s a good place to eat and play games.

This place is SO much fun! They have a lot of games, claw machines, the bowling was reasonably priced, pool tables were really cheap. I want to come back and play darts. The mojito as quite good! Usually places mess it up. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Overall amazing place. The bathrooms are really trippy hahahaha but nice.
Anyways can’t wait to come back, I wanna try the food.

We came out to celebrate my sisters 16th birthday, we were so confused on where to order food. The host kept redirecting us, finally told us to sit down and someone would come take our order. After waiting so long and asking again, we were finally told me had to go up and order. They were out of sushi, any sushi, and my sister wanted sushi for her birthday, no big deal, it happens, but then they were out off all mocktails too. We asked the lady if we could order a birthday dessert for my sister because she wanted a specific dessert, she told us to order it later. We end up moving to the bowling area to eat and bowl, we were told to pick our shoes and given our table number. We were also waiting for so long to start out lanes? There was no one around to ask to start our lanes, turns out we had to pay 1st and we weren’t aware. So after everything, we’re done eating, no one has came to check up on us, we go to the host and tell her we are ready to order a birthday dessert, turns out the kitchen was closed. This whole time we’ve been dealing in going back and fourth, no one directing us properly, getting all the drinks from the bar so we could finally eat, all these things and no one called last shots for food. We wanted to order dessert and the host didn’t let us and now they closed the kitchen. I go to ask for the manager at the bar, the bartender asks what happened and I told him and he just tells me he could get me a dessert and asks if I still want to talk to a manager. At this point I’m like whatever and just enjoy the rest of the night. I think there could’ve been better service. The food wasn’t bad. But the bowling was super expensive.

Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ This was my first time going to Enterrium. I’ve seen so many TikTok videos of Enterrium and finally had the chance to check it out. There are many activities you can do at affordable prices is crazy good! From bowling to a full arcade and many mini claw machines with cute prizes. There are 2 entrances, one inside the mall near the food court & it’s own entrance near the entrance of where Sears used to be which is on the left of Macy’s.
⭐️ Customer Service: The staff I’ve interacted with were friendly & helpful. Our server, forgot his name, but he was very attentive. Keep up the amazing work! ☺️
️ Entertainment: There are many activities to do at Enterrium. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to do bowling, but I had so much fun at the arcade. I really love the mini claw machines which are on the first floor near the entrance.

These workers are absolutely incredible. Between the manager, Tom, and our server that I didn’t catch the name of, service was amazing. The rest of the staff was very kind and friendly as well. There was a small issue of a customer losing their coat, and they handled it very swiftly and professionally, and even compensated us for things we didn’t feel even needed compensation. I’ve been coming here for years, but today was just above and beyond.

Some family members & I needed to kill some time during the day before attending a wedding and decided to go here. We bowled and played arcade games, both interactive and true pinball. It was a great, fun time. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere very nice and clean. Definitely a great place to go. Visiting from out of town and happy we found it.

Enterrium is an adult style arcade/restaurant/bar/bowling alley attached to Woodfield Mall. We visited on a Saturday night and it was very busy. It was about an hour wait for a table for six but there was no where else in the area for our group to get a couple of games of bowling in. We waited at the bar, had a couple of drinks and a bite to eat.
There are only a handful of bowling lanes here, it’s not a full bowling alley. There’s maybe 10-12 lanes. Once a lane was available, we grabbed our shoes and a couple of bowling balls. Unfortunately, we could only bowl for an hour due to how busy it was.

It was our date night and decided to go here to check it out. What a disappointment! First the host upfront not very helpful nor friendly. Then we were told we could seat anywhere by the bar. No one came to take an order then a waved down an employee and he said I needed to order at the host stand. Finally food came out and it was warm not hot. We didn’t eat it but paid for it. Then we asked the bartender for suggestions of beers and totally unfriendly, no attitude, not helpful. We definitely will not be going back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
