Charming local small Mexican restaurant. Freshly made food and friendly service. High quality ingredients for a extremely reasonable price. Go support this family establishment!! I ordered chilaquiles green, montados, which means the eggs are on top. It was authentic and tasty!! I’ve also attached photos of the most recent menu. This is a very short drive from town and from Hueco Tanks state park so if you are in the area this is a great option!

Stopped for lunch here with my family today after a trip to Hueco Tanks. Had enchiladas, chorizo and egg burritos, and picadillo and eggs. All the food was good (not too spicy for some of our more sensitive tongues), prepared quickly, and very reasonably priced. The main host (Oscar?) was very engaging and made sure everything was fine. He brought us glasses of cucumber-lemonade to try. Not a combination I would have thought of, but very good. Everyone liked it, even those that didn’t normally like lemonade or cucumbers. Excellent lunch and would definitely recommend again.

Fell in love with this place! Beautiful atmosphere, very kind and sweet cook, her name is Olga and son Oscar is an awesome and friendly server. He was on top of everything and everyone around us. Nice an early hours while momma is cooking and her son is taking orders. Ordered huevos rancheros with chorizo and hubby ordered mexican omelette, both with a side of bacon. Not to mention the delicious cucumber lemonade my husband had! Yummm.

WOW, from the moment you walk in you feel like you are at a close relative’s home. First, the regulars here are incredible. I do not think that anyone here is a stranger, only a friend that has not been introduced yet. The owners are just incredible and so hospitable. Once the owner knew that I was getting meals for children, he went out of his way to make special pancakes for them. The little details like this are touching. Last but not least the food is wonderful well developed flavors. This is a great place for a family or individual breakfast, you will not regret being here at all.

Tried this restaurant today for breakfast and let me tell you… i was ready for lunch right after!! The food was amazingly delicious, the service SPECTACULAR! I got the picadillo and eggs and im craving it right now! I plan on going back to try their menudo this weekend! Definitely a new favorite for our Friday breakfast!!

Oscar and his mom provide amazing food and service! Perfect place to stop between Guadeloupe and White Sands. Tons of food, delicious. Also super friendly staff, additional warm tortillas provided for free. Nice artwork inside too. I got the Mexican omelette and it was very tasty.
