The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the açaí bowls themselves are good.
The service, however, is consistently disappointing. Every time I walk in, I’m not greeted. There’s usually only one employee, and they’re often outside (either sitting in their car or someone else’s car) and only come back in when they see a customer walk up.
Today was the final straw I’ve been waiting 34 minutes for just two açaí bowls. That’s unacceptable for such a simple order.
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I’m so happy we found this black owned business…Enjoy A Bowl. We were greeted with some music as we walked in which we both were surprised but danced too. The guy behind the counter was so welcoming, patient and funny! The açaí bowls we had were SO good!! And I can wait to get back there! This place has definitely made my “when I need a treat” list!

I frequent Enjoy a Bowl very often. I’m normally there at least twice a week, sometimes more than that. The bowls are delicious! I would agree that the employees could do a little more engaging with the customers but I don’t think they are rude. Ohhh and the owner and her son make the BEST bowl ever!!

I really enjoy the bowls here I get the pb and j. The bowls are good and I feel like there quality food items used. I do agree the customer service could be better. It’d family owned and the presence of a child doesn’t bother me because as a mom I get it. I have come here before I’m the the morning shortly after opening but they were still closed. I would say wait 15 min after opening to come, not that you should have to.

Absolutely loved this place! This was our first visit and it did not disappoint! We were greeted warmly and immediately which for me is a big deal for great customer service. The ladies could not have been more welcoming or had bigger smiles. We were offered descriptions and recommendations which I also love!
On our way here I had been discussing with my partner how sad I was that there were no good options near us for healthy options like this similar to something like Pure Raw Juice or other juice bars of that nature. Then I happen upon Enjoy a Bowel and got really excited. I am not sure how long they have been here but I am so glad that we found them because this is exactly what we were looking for!
I personally loved the design of the place, it reminded me of a boutique and made me want to bring my girls (kids 8 & 11) in for a girls day treat. It helps that it is painted their favorite colors by chance
We got 2 of the Mama Lisa bowls and a Mango Strawberry smoothie and they were each perfection!! The fruit in the bowls were fresh, crisp, sweet but tart just the way they should be. There was just the right amount of honey to coconut to granola ratio and the açaí was mmm mmmm mmm. My other half had the smoothie and I may have had a little taste… also divine!! We took the other bowl home to the kids and it was gone in a matter of minutes. They devoured it!!
We will be back, no doubt about it!!

Let me set the scene for my interaction at Enjoy A Bowl: I walk in and the employees are all in the back. After maybe 20 seconds the owner (I assume) walks out holding a baby. I can’t make this up. The person that’s holding the baby greets me with the lowest level of excitement I’ve ever seen. Then I’m looking at the menu board and the bowl names aren’t making a ton of sense to describe the items and she is offended that I am not making the connection on the bowl names to their actual descriptions.
I make my order and the young lady who actually made my bowl was very pleasant. However this young lady needed a hairnet because my bowl came with a thick hair inside it. The worst part of this is this was probably the best tasting bowl I have had in a long time until I saw the hair.
Overall, the bowl was really good but I hope that next time I’m greeted without a baby, more excited and in less time and hats and hair nets are a requirement to prep food.

If I could give negative stars I would, lady working there got an attitude like she mad she’s making the bowl. Then I ordered a scoop of protein in the small bowl (I PAID EXTRA FOR THE SCOOP) she proceeds to tell me all her customers know not to do that because it’s not cost effective for them. Please explain to me why it’s an option when you mobile order then??? Won’t go back they need a lesson on how to run a business and the bowl was mid.

I’m new to acai bowls and had tried them once before at another place and was not a fan but I was getting one here for a friend and decided to give their bowl a try. So glad I did! I am hooked! I could eat the bowls here every day! And the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be a regular stop for me ❤️ check them out for yourself!!

I was super excited to try this place since I love açaí bowls, it’s so close to my job and it’s black owned. But the worked seemed like she had an attitude the moment I walked in and didn’t speak. I walked over to look at the menu and she asked how she could help me. I said I was looking because I wanted to look to see what I wanted. After about a minute she asked if I was still looking but at the time I couldn’t hear actually what she said and she repeated how can I help you with an attitude. I stated I was still looking and she walked away with an attitude. I stood there for a moment because I really want a bowl but after how she was acting, I left. I would have been a daily customer but I would never go to this place now, will not recommend it to anyone and in fact tell people not to go here instead. The worker was rude for no reason, there weren’t even any other customers so she wasn’t busy because of orders. I genuinely don’t understand and I’m VERY disappointed.
