Wowza! The schnitzel was life changing. So tender. And the spaetzle was yummy. The Carmel toffee cake. Holy cow! Live music, great atmosphere! My only negative was they allow smoking on the patio outside. Once we moved isndie it was great.

The coconut shrimp was smashed and hard to recognize. I couldn’t find the Shrimp as it was not whole. It was overcooked, out of the freezer and small.
The band was good. But the layout is awful. You must have dinner to see the entertainment. The bar tenders were efficient and friendly. Sitting where the bar is one would think you would be able to see the band but you can’t. Forced to dine or sit where you can’t see the band.

First and last time coming to this restaurant. The worst host experience I have ever had—offered us a seat in front of the band with 30 people dancing and I asked if we could sit inside and the host rolled his eyes at me and threw a small fit. He then said we could sit inside but then said it depended on the server. We left and had a lovely dinner at another place. Facebook got me into your restaurant but your rude staff got me out.

If you don’t mind paying almost $65 for 2 schnitzels then by all means, enjoy. Mind you, the schnitzels were great. However, the red cabbage has raisins in it and didn’t taste good. Spätzle was soggy and tasteless. It should have been fried with butter. Atmosphere was good. For reference, look up the Waldgaststätte Schießhaus in Schweinfurt, Germany…. huuuuge schnitzel for €15. Englewoods on Dearborn is overpriced and they’re simply taking advantage of the tourist area. There is nothing about this schnitzel that cost $30.

We’re visiting town and we dropped in for some drinks and music. It was absolutely fantastic! It was quite crowded and the manager came over and took us to a seat that had been reserved. There were four of us in our crowd and we were happy to get a place to sit next to the music. We had a wonderful time. Excellent service.

We meet friends for dinner and got hit for 14 cover charge for 2 of us.for the band playing their.was not happy since we really just went for dinner with friends and did not want to pay a cover charge on a Thursday nor were we interested in the band .guess never again
