This was outstanding!!! Highly recommend. We didn’t have food but all the taps were so cool (although the beer could have been colder). The service was so friendly and the atmosphere was second to none. Just so excellent and fun. Great music and even heaters on a cool night!

Such a cute concept!!! We have been waiting for this little mobile bar to open so we could check it out! You can walk all through the cart and the way the drinks are served is a cool concept- you put your debit/credit card in and you can purchase any oz. amount of a drink that you want, whether it be 6oz/12oz/16oz whatever. It pours automatically (there is no physical bartender) and then you just pay for the drink and walk away with it! There is an actual person working there at the counter incase you have any issues. The view is beautiful from here. Listen to music and hangout on the caboose while you enjoy a cold beverage! A must see while you’re visiting Pinehurst.

The fates were smiling on us as we arrived on GRAND OPENING DAY for the Locomotive Bar (we live 800 miles away – the timing was pure luck).
21+; Set up a “tap and pour” card (charged to your credit card) then wander around the various cars (including the rooftop patios) sampling as much or as little of each brew / cider / wine as you’d like.
You choose, you pour.
I very much enjoyed the variety of beverages on board.
Prices were fair and the employees were kind.

We happened upon this train in Aberdeen when coming downtown for the fireworks.
This experience was AMAZING, 5 stars isn’t enough. The staff was so friendly & helpful, the train left the park, went for about a 20 min ride, came back. It stopped on the way back so we could watch the fireworks. It’s been the highlight of my trip, definitely will look up to see where it will be on our next trip to Aberdeen.
Plz support this business whenever in Pinehurst or Aberdeen or wherever they may be, highly recommend.

Have been there 3 times in the past 2.5 months, after 1:00pm, and it has never been open. Am I missing something? Their page show them open from 11:00 am.
