Must visit! The menu has so many options. There truly is something for everyone. Whether you’re craving classic Italian comfort food or looking for lighter, dietary-friendly choices, they go above and beyond to accommodate. It’s rare to find a place that’s this flexible without sacrificing flavor.

The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Portions are generous, the atmosphere is welcoming, and April was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. She was happy to answer questions and help with accommodations, which made dining feel easy and enjoyable for everyone at the table.

If you’re looking for amazing Italian food with tons of options and great service, this place is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back!

I forgot to take a photo of our dinner but I uploaded a picture of the delightful Tiramisu!

We brought a big group of high school wrestlers to Endless Pastabilities in Montrose, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! With a large, hungry crew of teens (and coaches), we were a bit worried about accommodating everyone, but the staff treated us like family from the moment we walked in. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive—seating us quickly, taking care of separate checks without a hitch, and making sure everyone had plenty of food and refills.
The Italian dishes were delicious (pasta portions were generous and perfect for fueling these athletes), and the family-friendly vibe with games and a relaxed atmosphere kept the kids entertained. It’s clear this place knows how to handle groups with grace and enthusiasm.
Huge thanks to the team for making our post-meet dinner so memorable and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Montrose—highly recommend for teams, families, or anyone craving great Italian food with amazing service! The owner was our waitress and we couldn’t ask for better service

We stopped with friends for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. April our Server and Owner of the restaurant was fantastic and the food was even better!! The mushroom tortellini was a great appetizer and the pizza deliziosa, meatballs, soup and even the salads were great! Definitely looking forward to coming back and hope you will give this restaurant a try … you won’t be disappointed!

Our pasta dishes tasted SO good (we ordered the Sicilian Delight with added meatballs and the Pesto Farfalle with added chicken). Each dish with added meat cost $20 but well worth it for taste and portion. Our waitress was great as well!

We were seated fairly quickly after being told that there would be a 20-minute wait, so things started off promising.

We ordered two appetizers and drinks first. The drinks were served within a few minutes. The appetizers took about 45 minutes and were much smaller than we had expected, considering their grandiose descriptions on the menu.

It took another 20 minutes or so to get our food. Again, the servings were smaller than expected. During our wait, we’d seen other guests walk out before their main dishes arrived and others complaining about the quality of their food.

The live music was great. I really enjoyed both singers, though the volume was a little loud for an indoor restaurant. My wife and I had a difficult time talking to each other.

Overall, the food portions were small and underwhelming on taste. The live music was great and probably the best part of the whole experience. I know that opening night can be a challenge, so I hope to revisit and update this with a better experience.

I’ve been to Endless Pastabilities four times now for lunch and have loved each visit. The food is both delicious as well as affordable. My favorite meal is the Alfredo BLT and Zuppa soup. Makes my mouth water right now just thinking about how good it tastes! Friendly staff and fast service.

I had a take out order of spaghetti with meatballs and chicken. Staff was friendly and quick and inside seemed like a very nice place. I was very disappointed with the bread, strangely sweet flavor with an odd texture. The meatballs were pretty good, and chicken was acceptable, aided by cheese. Barely touched the pasta as it was lackluster. My wife had a sandwich that was extremely lacking in ingredients. Soup was mediocre like something you’d expect from a convention cafeteria. Pasta fagioli appeared to be minnestrone from a can.

It feels as though my pastabilities have truly ended. Maybe someday I can crawl out from under this meatball rock and try them again.
